Motel 6 White House, TN

Last in office was really helpful and nice. Looks like they have done some work, looks a lot better.

We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly. I was disappointed with the condition of the room, worn-out. The rickety microwave smelled of chicken soup, so it wasn't cleaned. There were bugs in the room. If you do choose to stay, request a first floor room so you don't have to carry your pet and luggage up the stairs.

Woke up with multiple roaches crawling on the floor sink and bed. I counted about 20 roaches in the room. Also the bed is not comfortable because there’s no box springs and only a metal frame that’s squeaks every time you turn in the bed. The pool is also closed permanently

The rooms where definitely not the cleanest at all. I found 2 huge Brown Recluse spiders in my room (which are poisonous). When I went and told the front desk all they said was “yeah they are bad right now”. I will not be staying here again.

Horrible can’t go to bathroom without getting filthy feet. Loud outside no breakfast no pool very upsetting

The check in was fast and easy. The staff was very friendly. The bed is on a spring so it was a bit creaky but it was clean and comfortable. It seems like the property is being rehabbed. T

Propriety looked abandoned, original room issues had strong cigarette smell and covers had cigarette but holes. Looked like a soda had been smashed on the wall and left to dry. Staff rude. New room better, but bathtub disgusting. Pool abandoned, coffee not provided. Went to store to buy, pillow cases and desinfectant spray before using bed.

Staff was nice, quick and efficient. The bed was always turned down when I got back. Fresh linens and the standard. I am, however, convinced they do not clean anything. Dirt crusted at edges of wall by bathtub and along all walls. Floors dirty to where I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking from the bed to the bathroom without socks or slippers. Over all it got the job done, I wasn’t expecting a 5 star facility, but basic cleanliness is a must and this place didn’t offer it. Disappointing to say the least.

There were roaches in the room. Bathroom filthy. The bed squeaked loudly every time you turned over, the lights by bed did not work. The pool was closed indefinitely. If we weren't so tired from our drive we would've went elsewhere.
