This was a very nice, clean hotel with a welcoming staff. The room itself was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We had a quiet stay on the 4th floor. These things are very important to us. However there are a couple of shortcomings I need to mention. The bathroom is poorly designed, especially the entry door. You need to be actually sitting on the toilet or off to the side to shut the door. It’s a squeeze for 2 people to use the vanity together. The shower soap dispenser was empty when I got in the shower our first night. I asked for them to refill it or leave us some soap but they did not. Fortunately I had brought some for emergency use. My husband and I take a lot of showers since we work out and would have appreciated this. They did leave us more towels which were large and fluffy (something I appreciate). Everything else went so well here, I hope this small, but necessary housekeeping error will be corrected.

Stayed in a Holiday Inn in Marquette Michigan recently. This Holiday Inn far exceeded that hotel and all others this year. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Large room. Plenty of parking. Awesome location. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. Great front desk personnel. Made to order hot breakfast was included for free.

Stopped overnight while traveling north. Easy access from I-77, near mall, stores, and restaurants. Plenty of parking, nice staff. Room was large, but a bit tired. Bed was not comfortable, a lot of road noise (bad windows), ac/heat unit was noisy and hard to regulate (no wall thermostat). TV had poor reception (dish??) and was on a bureau lower than the bed which made it hard to watch from the bed. It was ok for the night, but I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel is one of THE BEST I’ve stayed in. From the walk in you feel welcomed by staff and a clean environment I’ve had the pleasure of staying here while transitioning homes and this feels like another one (Home) the rooms are very clean and spacious I’ve never had an issue and whenever I had a question or inquiry the staff is always available and ready to happily assist the entire staff is wonderful however the GM, Amaad, Mrs Renee and Ben are the BEST always greeting you always pleasant and ready to help I would recommend this hotel to anyone single or families they can accommodate all.
