Romantic Hotels in Zhangjiajie

Wow. Amazing gem! Wonderful staff and immaculate facilities with personal butler-level attention to your well-being and enjoyment. Miss Hu and her staff never failed to greet me with a warming cup of tea in their beautiful cave-like lobby. She helped me purchase my pass to the Zhangjiajie Forest Geopark, and suggested a great itinerary for a two-day visit. It was perfect! The hotel is brand-new, pristine clean, with state-of-the-art everything, including the toilets (you never have to touch it with your hands). Oh, how I miss the warm seat already! Every morning, the cheerful cleaning staff greeted me and cleaned my room while i had breakfast. My room had it’s own outdoor patio, where i enjoyed a pot of tea while gazing down at a pool and up at the distant mountains. The location couldn’t be better, they are nearest the East Gate on the other side of the river, away from the hordes and tour buses. The Qishili Cave Homestay is nestled into the trees. Their breakfast buffet rivals that at other top-notched hotels, but with a personal touch — the guy that cooks your noodle soup comes around to see if you’re enjoying your meal and to wish you a happy day. And when i returned in the evenings, tired from my adventures, the smiles and welcome backs started before I even walked through the front door. The staff here deserves 10 stars. The room is beautiful & exactly as advertised, even more spacious than expected. The host 小刘 is very professional and provided us with excellent customer service. Ride between hotel and train station can be arranged directly with him, and he also helped us customise our itinerary to Zhangjiajie National Park. Breakfast was nice & freshly prepared. Overall it was a wonderful stay. 谢谢小刘的招待 🙏🏼

The previous article was metaphysical. This article is about something practical. We were a group of three people, two and a half foreigners, and we entered Hunan from Hong Kong. First of all, all the photos are original and unprocessed. Hardware: No matter where the guests come from, if they have certain aesthetic requirements, they will not be shocked when they come to Guyu. From the design of the homestay, the selection of flowers and trees in the park (the colors of the flowers in the park are as beautiful as dyed), to the selection of bedding in the room, to the selection of toiletries and carpets in the bathroom, it can be seen that the owner has put a lot of thought into it. The bed and pillow are quite comfortable. We slept like babies for several days. In one of our rooms, standing on the balcony, when the weather is good, you can see the Tianmen Cave. The whole park is very clean and there is always someone cleaning. And it is filled with the fragrance of flowers. It is especially sweet after the rain. I heard that you can pick it in autumn and make tea in winter. The Chinese restaurant is a farmhouse. The staff in the Chinese restaurant are also very warm and cute. The Western restaurant currently serves barbecue and breakfast. We don't have high requirements for food, and we can't eat spicy food anyway. As long as it's clean and we know what the ingredients are, we don't care much. The toilet in the western restaurant can be changed into a toilet. The swimming pool looks beautiful, but it's just for people to check in and take pictures. Because there are no lounge chairs, no towels, and no place to sit. But you can ask the western restaurant to buy beer! Software: Refer to the previous article. The most valuable thing in the whole hotel is the butlers. There are good hardware everywhere, especially in today's China. But it's not easy to have such a group of people in such a local place. We didn't worry about anything along the way. The butler helped to book various tickets (because we didn't know how to do it) and provided transportation. And the butler is on standby 24 hours a day, and any problems need to be solved immediately. It's like a god. The cats and dogs in the B&B are another plus. Those kittens are so cute that I want to secretly put them in my bag and bring them back to Hong Kong :) The natural and elegant environment, coupled with a few cute people, a dog who likes to play with stones, and a few kittens who are forced to work, who would not linger here?

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and it really made me feel what high-quality service is. The hotel's exterior design is grand, and the interior decoration is warm and stylish. The room is spacious, well-planned, and fully equipped with various facilities, especially the bathroom design is very user-friendly, making people feel very comfortable. The softness and cleanliness of the bed are of a high standard, allowing me to have a good dream every night. The hotel's service staff are very professional and enthusiastic, and are always available to help when you need it. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, meeting the needs of different tastes. In addition, the hotel's location is also very convenient, with many attractions and delicious restaurants around. I was impressed by this stay and strongly recommend it to friends who are about to travel here.

The hotel is awesome : rooms are spacious and the view is incredible ! You can have dinner at the hotel - they have quite a big menu :) The staff was very professional - they took us from the airport, they drove us to the national park and helped us with the itinerary ! I cannot express how grateful I am for this experience. We will definitely come back 🥰

I can feel the boss's dedication! The facilities are basically complete. The tent is three meters high and the space is not cramped. The service is also quite good, free pick-up and drop-off at the forest park, and they also sent us to the airport the next day. It is very suitable for friends who want to relax and lie down. The next day, the boss was worried that we would be bored, so he took us to the mountain to dig bamboo shoots, and helped us to prepare them for us to take away. It was so thoughtful! Next time I go to Zhangjiajie, I will choose this one again~

Recommendation index 5 stars, about the location: the hotel is located in a small village in the village. The mountains are very quiet. You can enjoy the mountain view in the hotel, and the view from the room is also very nice. About the hotel: The hotel has a strong sense of design, and the facilities in the room are complete, neat and clean. About service: The two housekeepers in the hotel, Awen and Xiao Zhang, are serious and responsible. They have been serving the tourists throughout the whole process since they received our order, including the route to check in at the hotel, the route to play, daily meals, etc., which made our trip to Zhangjiajie worry-free, trouble-free and time-saving. About pet-friendliness: We basically bring our dogs with us when we travel, so one of the necessary conditions for travel is pet-friendliness. Bringing your furry children here is simply a paradise. It is also very convenient to walk the dog. There is a large lawn behind the hotel where the puppies can move freely.

This accommodation is situated 10mins drive away from the Zhangjiajie National Park East Entrance, away from the crowd. There are butlers serving all the guests, arranging for ticket buying at a cheaper rate, driving you to the national park, massage or restaurant. The restaurant in this accommodation serves really delicious food at a reasonable price. We get to enjoy tea and looking at the mountain while it was raining in the morning. A quaint experience that I definitely reccommend. Thank you to Mr Hu, Tingting, Ah Shen and everyone from the accommodation for making the stay so comfortable, and it is a nice place to rest your mind and body. The dogs and cats are very cute too!

This is probably the best stay I’ve had in awhile, the staff are all extremely helpful with itinerary suggestions, and they also provide some savings with ticket bookings (alike other reviews mentioned). On top of that, the staff were constantly meticulous and attention to our needs, while out and about we ran into issues as non-chinese citizens, they response rate via wechat was almost always instant. Additionally, since we also do not have chinese phone numbers, we were limited from many online functions such as ordering food or contacting delivery personnels, the 客栈 employees were all willing to help with the contacting to rush for our parcels, and we were allowed to use their numbers to order food in. Extremely pleasant stay, and extremely satisfied. Only downside being that the breakfast spread was the same every single day, but it is still a sufficient amount of variety, by the second morning you would know exactly what you would grab. Recommending the hot soy milk with jam on toast, and their scallion oil (?) bread buns! Laundry can be done for free (on your own) but there is no dryer, hanging the apparels on the roof’s drying racks dries the clothes much more quickly. Rooms are clean with no issue, very nice.

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the no. 5 valley in. From having a long travel day and arriving to the accomodation at 9pm we were greeted by the worker Frankie and another wonderful worker carrying our luggage in and welcoming us with tea in the reception area which was so nice and cosy with a fireplace running. Despite Kitchen being closed, they organised meals for us as they knew we hadn’t yet. They welcomed us to our room where we were absolutely blown away with how beautiful and comfortable it was. It was the best hotel we stayed out in our whole trip to China, we loved the tea room that it came with. Frankie went above and beyond in helping us have a great stay and helping us navigate the national park. Frankie provided us with transfers to the national park whenever we wanted and gave us lots of tips for our future trips. I highly recommend staying here for a combination of comfort and luxury. Thanks guys! The animals who live there are so cute as well hehe
