Cheng Mai S Hotel is a great hotel. It's worth it to stay here. The hotel is facing the sea and enjoy. The places are nice and clean and tidy. Their services are great too, fast and friendly.

I had an incredible stay at Angsana Phoenix Bay Zhuhai! The room was beautifully decorated for my birthday, making it feel so special. The staff were fantastic, especially Hedi, who was exceptionally attentive and kind. I loved the photoshoot gift, and the buffet had a great variety. The spa experience, with a generous discount voucher, was amazing and truly relaxing. I’m definitely looking forward to returning!

The front desk service is excellent, Xiao Zhou is very helpful. High cost performance and not expensive The shower water is powerful enough and hot water is available. The air conditioning is actually sufficient, but it is a constant-temperature air conditioner, which will make it warm in winter. But if it feels too hot, you can open the window

The food at the front desk is friendly and courteous. One night I needed to adjust the air conditioning system, and the front desk responded quickly. Me and my family had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The facilities were amazing, and the outdoor swimming pool is gorgeous. There is also a tennis court, a gym room, an indoor swimming pool and also other facilities. The room is spacious, and the sea view is magnificent. There is also a massive balcony that faces the gigantic ocean. The tub was very nice and there is also a walk-in closet. The hotel lobby is stunning, and the television has movies, tv shows and other kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the staff was helpful. They helped us a lot. For example, we asked to get a bag of ice, and the staff gave us a whole bucket of ice! They even helped us to put the ice into the drink! Also, they gave my 13-year-old son a free breakfast buffet which were not included in the package of the hotel room we booked, which only offers a 2-adult breakfast buffet meal. The hotel is also very clean. Moreover, we would love to thank Minnie and Jane, the two of the most helpful and kind staff we have ever met. They were very nice and helped us with a lot of things and we really appreciate what they helped us. We strongly recommend you stay at this hotel as everything is perfect there and again, we want to thank you Jane and Minnie for their warm services.

After we searched for a long time, we came across the Pullman.  It is the only hotel connected to the shopping area FuHuaLi. It is literally right behind the hotel and there is a lot of shopping and some good restaurants. It is an outdoor mall so coming in winter was perfect. The attached photo shows the view from our room. The service was also very good. Evelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with our room. They were also able to accommodate our request for a higher floor and late check out. All in all, a great experience and we would stay here again.

Great services and great hotel. We arrive at late evening but the restaurant and hotel were so nice and get everything ready and prepared. We feel very welcome and had great time here. Booked 2 king rooms for a short stay with my family. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that one of the rooms wasn’t ready, not a problem since we did arrive a little early. Staff graciously asked us to wait as they’d push housekeeping to clean the other room and make sure we could have 2 rooms next to eachother. The rooms themselves look fantastic, the decor is looking a bit worse for wear in places (lots of scuff marks and paint peeling of doors) but the views of Macau are to die for. However I do have serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the property. Upon entering into my room I smelled a strong tobacco smell, even though it was a non smoking room. The windows both in the living room and bathroom were all smudged and greasy with fingerprints and where people had been leaning against them. I thought maybe this was an oversight from housekeeping but upon checking the other room my family was staying in, I saw that the windows there were just as dirty on the inside. Next were the dead cockroaches in the vase next to the door. These had obviously been there for a while since there was dust on them. How housekeeping could have missed them is beyond me since it’s so obvious and the (empty) vase is located right in the middle of the hallway. The absolute worst however was the wooden box that held the amenities in the bathroom. The box was absolutely disgusting, it was full of dust and had hairs in it from previous guests. When I removed a toothbrush I actually saw little bugs crawling all around the box (see red circle). In my opinion this is not befitting a hotel of this standard and price range. Upon checking out the next day I mentioned these hygiene issues to the lady at the desk who spoke perfect English but didn’t seem to care that much. She gave a very “standard” response saying “I’ll tell housekeeping, I hope you’ll try us again next time”. Zero acknowledgment that this complaint would be taken seriously at all. Unfortunately this is not the kind of response one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. A real shame since other than the obvious lack of proper cleaning of the rooms, the hotel itself is wonderful. The staff is very accommodating and generally speak good English. For a St Regis, the pricing is also very agreeable.

The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The cleaner does not do well in the room cleaning. Did not tidy all the shampoo and conditioner, did not provide second day of vanity pack . Shower was leaking , make the floor all wet.
