Colosseo Studio Suite

This hotel is very good, in a building from the 1900s, and the location is also very good, a stone's throw away from the Colosseum. But there is one thing worth reminding, the place to pick up the key is a distance from the hotel, about a kilometer walk, and then the place to pick up the key is also a hotel. The front desk asked if you want to stay there, remember not to just stay there for the sake of convenience. I went upstairs to take a look, it was simply a slum, damp and dark, and the small room could not even fit a foot. I resolutely said to choose the one I booked, and it was indeed different, with a bedroom, living room and two bathrooms.

Room located in a central building in Via Cavour. The decor is a bit dated, both at the entrance and in the room. The room however was quite spacious and with a comfortable bed. Also equipped with sofa, hob and TV. Spacious and functional bathroom.

We stayed here for 3 nights and for all 3 days we couldn't take a shower. From the first day there was no hot water and for 2 days we were forced to move to the Valle hotel just to be able to take a shower. On the third day we tried again, but needless to say that the water was freezing again after less than a few minutes. Although the problem was reported several times, it was not resolved, with the response being "the technician checked and there is hot water", needless to say that the hot water lasted 2 minutes and then returned to ice. Talking to the owners proved futile, as they didn't show up to see the problem or apologize. Indeed, our ability to turn on the hot water button inside the bathroom was even questioned, when that button was turned on and off over and over again, but obviously we preferred not to ignore the problem and not take responsibility. The only positive note is the location and cleanliness of the room, for the rest even a trivial service such as wi-fi did not work anywhere in the room and therefore it was impossible to use the telephone inside the structure, as there is no 'it wasn't even camp.

The bathroom had damage and bad odors, but the property is safe and in an excellent location.
