Please update your accommodation contact information immediately. I need to check in, but there is no email address, and there is no contact with the email address I left, and when I call the number listed on the voucher, it says no. If you try to call another contact number after searching through Google and Naver, for some reason, a Chinese person answers the call. I met the cleaners at the entrance and barely went in. It's 3 o'clock check-in, but they start cleaning at that time as they like. The cleaners don't speak English Asking me how many rooms I was assigned I barely noticed it as a coach I looked at the voucher, but no matter how much I looked, there was no such thing as a room number. It says that they reserved a room, so they are in room number 1. I misunderstood and cleaned it, but later said it wasn't that room I was scared to notice that I had to clean the other room. I paid my own money and got a lodging, so why should I notice???? During a trip where every minute and every second was a waste, I waited until the cleaning time???? Looking at the reviews, there were people who said they couldn't even get in. Had I read that review, I wouldn't have booked here... Trip.com is so disappointed that it is managed this way. I don't think I will use Trip.com when I travel in the future. The accommodation itself is also not in good condition. Fortunately, there was air conditioning. The bathroom is so narrow that it seems like a panic and it's all old. First of all, the entrance is on the side of a dirty alley From the time I checked in, I was thinking that I should have spent more money. I asked my family in Korea to call Trip.com Korea's call center, and I managed to get a new contact number and communicate. I can't even understand it because it's Italian pronunciation English. They asked me to send it by e-mail, so I paid all the taxes and even my companions. I registered all the information, met the cleaner, and explained everything about entering the accommodation, but during the trip, he kept calling and sending emails asking when he would check out. I almost went crazy because I was interrupted on tour. Don't pass the reservation information? I don't understand how the system works.

Horrible communication, didn’t have good service outside when person sent me door codes via text. That same night we went into city and when we tried to come back inside we couldn’t enter the apartment because I never received the second code. Called owner multiple times and texted since he made it clear if anything was wrong we could. No response and I had my baby with me. I had to find a hotel that had empty rooms that same night and booked it. Morning comes around and still nothing, it wasn’t until about 10am he finally answers and says those aren’t his office hours to reply and that it was my own fault for not receiving the codes. I asked for my city tax back from that first night since the hotel I stayed at told me to ask for a refund, stated he would but I still have not received it. Do not stay here! They never answer you and don’t seem to care for emergency services. Could have all been avoided if he just texted back code.

When reservations were made, it was indicated that instructions were to be sent prior to arrival. Instructions were NEVER sent and when we arrived to the location, NO ONE could be reached as we were standing outside at 8:00 at night in a foreign country. We had to make reservations at another hotel. On top of ALL of this, someone from the property reached out to us for ID for check in purposes THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE SUPPOSED TO LEAVE ROME.

Clean, comfortable, good facilities and great location for central Rome & main attractions. Walking distance to Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. Slightly further for Coloseum & Forum. Good range of Cafes, shops & restaurants close by. Air con helped in 34* staff went out of their way to help when I inadvertently locked my wife out of the apartment

Four nights in Rome. Facility was clean, ample snacks, breakfast items and coffee/tea. Close to Trevi, shopping, *****tores and small eateries.

This is NOT a hotel. It is a shared apartment. The room does NOT look like the picture. It is a basic bed in a small room. There is no one there except they give you direction how to get the keys. I loved the location but was surprised why they are showing this nice room and pretending it is a collection property like a hotel. There is not even someone to give you towels or fix the hot water. The price also should not be more than $80.

We booked to stay in this apartment in March 2020 but the world went into lockdown and Giacomo the host was very accommodating and said we could rebook and issued us with a voucher. We rebooked for September 2021, but a week before we were due to the travel, Giacomo told us that the apartment was double-booked and that he would give us a refund. Unable to change our flights at such late notice, we had to rebook alternative accommodation at extra cost. That was six weeks ago and he still hasn't given us our money back. Maybe he's busy but this is borderline theft.
