Giving our guests refinement, cleanliness, comfort, hospitality and centrality has been a winning card on our first experience. Our new apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, in front of the historic Church of the Saints Forty Martyrs, a few steps from Piazza S. Maria in Trastevere, John Cabot University and the major points of interest in Rome. We are enthusiastic about weaving relationships of trust, interest and conviviality, we are taking care of our guests. The apartment is suitable for families and couples who want to share a place in the center of Rome with the necessary privacy. It is completely renovated, with a view of the external of the church and the roofs of Trastevere, and with modern furnishings and attention to detail. The apartment, equipped with every comfort, is located on the third floor of an elegant building. There is an elevator (rare relevance in the heart of Trastevere) and it is extremely quiet. It has a living room and brand new kitchen, equipped with every modern accessory: induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine to name a few. We will make sure that there is always a traditional Italian espresso in the morning !! You will find two comfortable bedrooms with King Size double beds with 25 cm high mattresses, duvet covers with fine sheets, large wardrobe, desk, ample safes for PC, luggage rack and Smart TV with free Netflix channel. One of these rooms offers the possibility, upon request, to obtain accommodation with two single beds. THIRD ROOM, with a beautiful view of the Trastevere area, with a beautiful view of the city, a bed and a wardrobe, Queen size and 25 cm mattress . It has all the same comforts as the others including the 42 "Smart TV. When you want a simple gesture the bed disappears and you can enjoy a comfortable sofa. If you are a couple of 6 people you can leave your room in a double room, there is another area of the house with large table where you can eat in 6 people There are, therefore, three large bathrooms, two of which are en suite, with large showers (two 90x140), with simple daily gesture, chromotherapy and a fantastic sound system to make a pleasant experience !! You will find all the comforts such as air conditioning and heating, fast Internet and cable Wi-Fi. Washing and drying machines at your disposal, besides the ironing board and iron. This apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The location was perfect right in Trastevere. Great area with lots of restaurants and gelato nearby, but totally quiet in the apartment. Also a perfect location for walking the rest of the city. Beautiful view of the church across the street. Communication with the host was amazing--Cristina was so kind and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Great location and wonderful apartment It family stayed here for the nights before going to civitavecchia for a cruise and it was excellent. Host helped arrange a can from the airport that was in time. Great communication for check in and she went over the entire place and gave us tips on the area. The mini split a/c units in each run were excellent and allowed us to keep the temp as cold as or a/c in the US even during a Rome heat wave. Very walkable location throughout Trastevere, all the excellent restaurants, and then across the footbridge to the center of Rome. Kids loved it and the washer and dryer are handy to reset laundry before moving on to the coast. Friends stayed at other rentals in time and nobody had a/c like or place.The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is if I was in the center of Rome at a great hotel, but for a family of five that would need the rooms a night this is the obvious winnerOverall just a great experience

Family of 5 Best location! So many great restaurants. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). Everyone had their own bed and we loved having 3 bathrooms. There were 2 strong hairdryers and even a straightener which was great for the 3 girls of the group. Coffee maker was great for mornings. The host helped book us private transportation which was helpful since it was hard to get taxis as a party of 5. Definitely stay here if you can!

Wonderful Property! This property was outstanding! It is located in a great walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The apartment was immaculate; check-in was smooth; communication was great. Cristina has a book with tons of information about things to do, restaurant recommendations, etc, which was helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment as a great place to stay!

The Best Place in Rome!! I cant say enough great things about this place. The Hostess was amazing. She arranged for our pick up and return to the airport. She had a binder with recommendations for food, groceries, coffee, destinations, etc. This location is in the heart of the restaurant district and is walking distance to most things you want to see. Its a true 3 bedroom 3 bath with ACs in every room. We will be back for sure
