Hotel Cervia

I had a bad experience at this hotel and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. When I arrived, the room was in poor condition. The blankets were full of holes, a truly unacceptable aspect for a property that is supposed to offer maximum comfort. Furthermore, the walls in the room were visibly cracked, which gave the impression of neglect and poor maintenance. I expected a more welcoming atmosphere, but dust had accumulated on furniture and surfaces, making the environment unhygienic. This is an aspect I find particularly negative, especially considering that cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of a hotel. To make matters worse, I also noticed a visible hole in the room door, which not only ruins the aesthetics but also raises questions about the safety and attention to detail on the part of the management. Overall, the property is in dire need of renovations to make it welcoming and comfortable. This is truly a shame, because the hotel could have great potential if it were properly cared for. I certainly expected more, considering the price paid for the stay. I don't think I'll be back or recommending it to others unless some serious maintenance is done.
