Everything is perfect, perfect location and breakfast. The hotel’s vibe is very traditional ROMA. the front desk is very warm and kind. I love the front desk people.

Our stat was great! We arrived early and the staff was very nice and stored our luggage so we can start travel. The room was great, very clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was served between 7:00 - 11:00 and it was great. The only thing is that the coffee was from a machine and not from manual barista (Im a cappuccino guy). The location was amazing, 5 minutes walk from everything.

A decent hotel with a great location. Although the rooms are slightly outdated, the receptionists are extremely nice and polite. Breakfast was also good and fresh.

Environment: The room isn't large, but the location is excellent. The room was okay, and the breakfast was quite good. There's a restaurant downstairs, and also a dumpling shop that isn't run by Chinese people—they even misspelled the characters! Everything is within walking distance. The only downside was the constant rain. Fortunately, a supermarket is downstairs, which is very convenient. Service: Very welcoming.

The lady at the front desk was very polite, spoke fluent English, and was very efficient. A doorman will bring your luggage to the room, and the luggage storage service is also good. The room, though small, was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The location is quite convenient. Guests should remember to bring a travel adapter.

The hotel has a great location, very close to bus and subway stations, and also near the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. The service was excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is that you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, as the shower screen doesn't completely block the water. You have to step out of the tub after showering, which is a safety hazard.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the Tigre supermarket is across the street, making it convenient and affordable to buy water, milk, and snacks. The breakfast selection isn't limited, but it's quite filling. The restaurant's small landscaped area is charming. The triple room has a small garden.

This was our first hotel in Italy, and aside from its good location, everything else about this hotel was unacceptable, especially the air conditioning. There was no heating at night, and it just blew cold air. We called the staff three times, but they couldn't fix it. I was jet-lagged and had to shower and sleep all at once, and after all that trouble, the problem was still unresolved. I had no choice but to ask them to bring more blankets. Sigh. The breakfast was a very simple, old-fashioned European hotel breakfast with limited variety, but at least it was quite basic. The room was too small.

The hotel is good, bookable. The location is perfect. The interior is a bit dated, but that's typical for Rome. There's plenty of common space in the lobby where you can sit and work. A big plus.

The only downside was that the front desk swiped the wrong card at checkout, and the refund took a while. A word of advice: if you encounter a similar situation, always ask the hotel to confirm via email.
