The service is very good, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. However, the hotel facilities are not new. There is a gym, but I didn't experience it due to time constraints. The transportation is not particularly convenient and it is a bit far from the main city. I personally feel that the hotel's breakfast is not necessary. You can go out to find it. It’s good to eat as a family. You can store your luggage for free and there is no time limit, which is great!

When checking out of the hotel, you have to pay VAT and city tax. I showed them the Ctrip hotel order and it said that my room rate already included the above fees. The hotel waiter said that they had not received the money and asked me to pay it again. So far, I negotiated with Ctrip customer service but they still haven’t refunded my money. The hotel service and environment are average and not worth staying in

Friendly and kind staff - front desk, cleaners and restaurant staff. Had nice interactions with all of them.
Room was lovely and breakfast had a great variety of food. There was only 1 plug socket and 1 usb, in the room i was in - which was fine for me.
The hotel is in a beautiful area, very close to a bus stop, where you can go directly to the centre of Rome - takes 15-30 minutes depending on the area you go to.
Overall would definitely recommend if you want a hotel that is in a nice quiet area, but close enough to the centre of Rome.

This was our last stop in our Italy trip and we were very happy we stayed here. The rooms were clean and beds were very confortable. Great location, close to the centre of rome with a short taxi ride. Very happy we did not stay in the centre of room as its flooded with tourist. This was the perfect location. There is a cafe just across the street and many options for lunch and dinner walking distance.
