The front desk was awfully rude! One night we came back from exploring, discovering Rome, elevator is not working and we are on the 6th floor! Imagine that we have to climb 6 flights of floor to get to our room, we are hungry and tired, we don't need this this kind of torture, we are so tired already from a lot of walking around, I had asked her that how do we eat, we don't want to go down and back up again 6 flights of floor - she told us that if we want to eat, we have to come down all the way to the ground floor - because they don't have room service, and HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME. We are all tired, and not into going down just to get some food, we all ended up sleeping tired and hungry. She could have said that, if you want to order food outside and had it delivered here in the front desk, I can deliver it to your room, or meet you halfway, that way we don't have to go all the way down in the main floor. But no, she just hang up the phone on me after saying that we don't have a room service - I totally understand that you don't have room service and the elevator not working "true you hands are tied" cannot predict that happening,, but going outside the box to accommodate your guest is a gesture that will leave a good impressions, not just hanging up the phone, very RUDE!!! not coming back to this place, although the location is just a few minutes away from Rome Termini train terminal is perfect, but the service is BAD!!!
