The space is so big. Toilets are big. Even has new glasses with boiler for tea. And coffee maker. Only thing is close to terminal. Terminal is not safe place. But overall staying is amazing

Very cosy and comfortable rooms, everything you need is around, no problems with the check in at all and girls don’t be afraid of the neighborhood, no one will do anything as I haven’t seen so many police officers anywhere else ! It safe , don’t read others here . Wonderful restaurant on a first floor with very friendly stuff ! Will come back and highly recommend

Pretty good, met expectations. It was very comfortable for one person, but might be a bit small for two. The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the train station!

Excellent location, just a 3-4 minute walk from Roma Termini, making both train and subway access incredibly convenient. There's a Tigre supermarket at the station with a good selection of items to stock up for a few days. The hotel entrance is inside a restaurant, so you either walk through it or use the back entrance with a code. Housekeeping is done daily. The front desk staff are very welcoming and the value for money is great, plus it feels very safe. Just be aware of some loiterers outside the hotel entrance, but don't engage with them. Security with armed guards at the train station is very good, so it's a safe area overall.

The front desk was awfully rude! One night we came back from exploring, discovering Rome, elevator is not working and we are on the 6th floor! Imagine that we have to climb 6 flights of floor to get to our room, we are hungry and tired, we don't need this this kind of torture, we are so tired already from a lot of walking around, I had asked her that how do we eat, we don't want to go down and back up again 6 flights of floor - she told us that if we want to eat, we have to come down all the way to the ground floor - because they don't have room service, and HANG UP THE PHONE ON ME. We are all tired, and not into going down just to get some food, we all ended up sleeping tired and hungry. She could have said that, if you want to order food outside and had it delivered here in the front desk, I can deliver it to your room, or meet you halfway, that way we don't have to go all the way down in the  main floor. But no, she just hang up the phone on me after saying that we don't have a room service - I totally understand that you don't have room service and the elevator not working "true you hands are tied" cannot predict that happening,, but going outside the box to accommodate your guest is a gesture that will leave a good impressions, not just hanging up the phone, very RUDE!!! not coming back to this place, although the location is just a few minutes away from Rome Termini train terminal is perfect, but the service is BAD!!!

Overall, I had a decent stay at this hotel and would consider it good value for the price I paid. The location is definitely a strong point. It’s very convenient and within easy reach of major attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and Pantheon, which made getting around the city quite effortless. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the cleanliness standards were good throughout my stay. No complaints on that front. One thing to note, though, is the surrounding area. While nothing actually happened, there were a few people lingering around at night which made it feel slightly unsafe. It just meant being a bit more alert when heading back late. The biggest downside for me was the breakfast, especially as a vegetarian. The options were very limited and felt repetitive. It was the same selection on all of 3 days and quite basic — fruits, bread/toast, and cake. It was a bit disappointing and could definitely be improved. Overall, a nice stay with a great location and clean rooms, but the breakfast experience needs work. Still, for the price, it offers reasonable value.

The location of the hotel was excellent, although it was a bit difficult to find the entrance at first since there is no dedicated reception area and the entrance itself is quite small. Carrying luggage was slightly challenging for that reason. However, the staff were very helpful and kind throughout our stay. The hotel has an elevator, the rooms were cleaned regularly, and everything was very clean, comfortable, and pleasant. There was Wi-Fi available, the shower was great, and everything looked exactly as shown in the photos. We were very satisfied with our stay overall. The only thing to keep in mind is that the area around the terminal requires a bit of caution, but despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel. If I come back again, I would most likely stay here again.
