Hotel Morgana

The rooms are fairly clean, but extremely small. Opening two suitcases was difficult, and the elevator is small. The location is convenient, everything is within walking distance, but the area is not the best, with homeless people roaming the neighborhood. The staff is friendly, but we had to drag our suitcases ourselves. I wouldn't have noticed if the elevator had been spacious. The rooms are old, the furniture is tired, and the TV doesn't have a smart TV, only Italian channels. Overall, the price/quality ratio is almost right, with a few minor niggles. It's fine for two or three nights.

The guest room is on the second floor and the windows cannot be locked. It is located in a Rome station where security is not ideal. I feel that the security is a bit poor. After explaining it to the staff, the staff said there is no problem. Only "Spider-Man" can climb in through the window, so in the end No follow-up program was scheduled.

I made a reservation on the day of the flight due to a problem, but I was told that the reservation could not be viewed due to a system problem, and I was made to wait 30 minutes. I was told that the room I reserved was not available, and I was downgraded. I was a little tired from all the troubles that would never happen in Japan. Other than that, I had no problems and was comfortable.
