Very good hotel, service is in place, the location is first-class, if you have time, you can walk to most of the attractions, top brand shopping is under the steps, and the merchants can deliver everything to your hotel room after buying everything, highly recommended!

My stay at was truly exceptional. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, every detail was perfectly managed, creating a seamless experience. The ambiance, comfort, and attention to detail left a lasting impression. I must also commend the breakfast experience—particularly the pain perdu, which was simply outstanding. It’s rare to find a place that combines luxury with such a personal touch. My sincere thanks to the entire team for a memorable stay. I’ll be looking forward to my next visit!

Wow! From start to finish this hotel is top notch. We had the opportunity to meet 3 family members who own/run the hotel, they are very engaged in a perfect stay for guests. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fresh Flowers in the room each day, great robes, slippers, soaps, towels, and very detailed cleaning of the room. We booked through Amex, the additional room welcome amenities were a huge fruit bowl ,a beautiful small cake for 2, and a bottle of sparkling wine on ice

We stayed at The Hassler in October and had a fabulous time! The room was very comfortable and the pillows were delightful. I’ve never slept on a pillow like it. My husband described them as marshmallows! The staff were professional and friendly at all times.

The Hassler in Rome is a world class hotel. It is the kind of Hotel where you would want to live. Whatever your status in life if you find yourself at the Hassler you will feel like Royalty. It is almost surreal. A wonderful and beautiful experience Thank you Hassler.

My husband and I used to stay at Hassler every time we would come to Rome It always was a great place for us to be because of the friendliness of stuff , super convenient location and excellent rooms But this time I think it is one of the best or I can even say the best hotel I stayed in the last 10 years: the owners did a fantastic job updating everything and restaurants have excellent food and service. Rooms are very clean and have this easy , relaxing atmosphere , which makes you feel almost at home/ which is not an easy task to create in super busy Rome. Service is beyond just being friendly: It’s very thoughtful and helpful in everything you need or request . They even provide a free ride to the train station When I couldn’t get a taxi fast enough . I wish more hotels would be like that.

I was lucky to visit hotel Almyra in Paphos Cyprus again and it was a beautiful holiday. Excellent food in all the restaurants. The staff is excellent from reception and throughout the whole hotel. The teams in the restaurants are great; especially Eleni at Mosaic, Valentin at Notios. Beautiful hotel with views over the sea and very clean. I will be back another year.

One of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in… only comparable was the Fairmont at Lake Louise Canada. Staff attentive, enjoyed the shared breakfast (pastries fantastic), Imagio is a great experience (not for every night though, sommelier was excellent. Location was excellent

Always a good stay here. Been here many times. Always get good service. The rooms are nicely redone. The location is the best for people who walk to sites. The bar was shut down for a remodel which was too bad. It’s always an old favorite classic.

Very memorable stay at the Hassler. Great staff, great bar and restaurant options and just a great hotel. The location is fantastic: can walk to many of the main attractions. We are already planning our next trip and highly recommend the hotel to others.

My Dad and I visited the rooftop bar at this hotel. We were not guests at the hotel but the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooftop bar had some of the best views ever and I will definitely visit again. Thankyou to Roberto and Nicolo who were working there, you were very hospitable!
