A real crap musty smell everywhere everything very old and dated above all scary value for money ... I do not recommend it to anyone as they say this makes money with the needs of others ... so I say better at the station as a bum than in this structure dilapidated . A real disappointment with the amount I paid I could find better even in the Spanish Steps

Room to stay overnight and without too many pretensions. Comfortable and clean beds. Bathroom to be renovated. Very dated with various molds here and there. Helpful and kind owner. Free internal parking and beautiful location of the structure. With some tricks and maintenance it could be a good solution for who wants to be away from the chaos and at the same time well served to visit the center of ROME

the room given to me and my partner had mold on bits of wall behind the curtain, dirty walls, hair on the bed and plastic gas pipe covers hanging off. moreover, the heating is only activated from 18.00 to 23.00, leaving guests (at least for us) in the cold for the rest of the day and without enjoying a welcome daily rest. the bathroom on the website is listed as private and is actually shared with all other guests (unhygienic) with a door that barely closes, and no key; stay away. here I conclude.

È la seconda volta che pernottiamo in questo B&B. Ci siamo trovati benissimo entrambe le volte. Il proprietario è molto gentile e sempre a disposizione. Il ragazzo, Kevin, ci ha accompagnato alla camera ed è stato cortese, ci ha spiegato le regole della stanza e tutte le informazioni riguardo le utenze. Le stanze sono ampie e molto pulite, cosa molto importante, non si sentono i suoni provenienti dall'esterno, ciò rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno gentilmente dato dei "foglietti" che ci offrivano la possibilità di fare colazione in un bar vicino Villa Wilson. Le camere in più vengono pulite quotidianamente, molto importante perché non tutti offrono questo servizio. Anche Lo spazio esterno è molto bello. Il parcheggio si trova all'interno della villa. Sarà sicuramente io nostro punto di appoggio per le volte che torneremo a Roma.

Mia moglie ed io conosciamo la struttura per aver in passato già soggiornato ed abbiamo notato un lento, progressivo ed incessante decadimento di essa, pur mantenendo la medesima gestione del proprietario. È giunto il tempo per una decisa, approfondita e totale manutenzione. Scrostamenti di intonaci, umidità, muffa, odore di fogna nonché la cattiva tenuta dei sanitari, sono tra i principali ingredienti negativi che rendono sgradevolissima la permanenza. A peggiorare la situazione si aggiunge il pagamento anticipato prima di entrare in camera, compresa la tassa di soggiorno, proprietario arrogante, cafone ed esoso. In conclusione, mentre si auspica un sollecito intervento dell'ufficio igiene pubblica affinché si proceda alla chiusura della struttura, voi statene lontani. Noi mai più. Sconsigliatissimo!!!!
