This is a completely black shop! Never had such a bad experience! We just arrived the day before yesterday and the room was still not ready, so we had to charge 43 euros first, saying that it was city tax and cleaning fee. The city fee for all hotels in Italy is 3.5 euros per person per day. Our book for two days is only 14 euros for two people.
But I have never heard of a cleaning fee! And the hostess is very rude and rude, even though my boyfriend is Italian, she is very impatient to speak Italian to her😡. Afterwards I called Ctrip to find out why the charge was so random, Ctrip called her and she didn't answer the phone at all! Until now, I have not been willing to refund the overcharged fee after checking out. I am not lazy at all!

Was thinking this was going to be nice…great location, premium price, but…building is shabby, air con doesn’t work, tiny room, could do with a renovation. Cleaning a bit slap dash too. A/C maintenance not available until after we left, buthen read from other reviews this had been going on for months.

Overall, the title of luxury definetly defines this place. We stayed here and I felt like I was at a 5 star hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, just top notch. The host was outstanding and the location was excellent within a 5 minute walk to Plaza Espagna or Fontana di Trevi. I will definetly stay here again if I go back to Rome!

I didn’t have this kind of experience before I booked this accommodation. Absolutely shocking behaviour - I have booked it for my stay there 6 weeks before our arrival and they forced me agressively to cancel it on *********** on my own because of their “reconstruction” one week before we should have come! Of course they were offering our appartment for more than 3x more expensive! *********** will demand a penalty but nobody will recompense for our stress and fear of searching another accommodation, what was in that time way more expensive and eventually we couldn’t find anything! Very unprofessional, hope they will find guests like they are!
