The Hotel was lovely. The receptionist Joy was sweet and very helpful. They let us check in when we arrived by 10am. Only thing was they change towels every other day but clean the room everyday. Location was great too. I stayed 4 days and enjoyed it.

Our experience was wonderful. "joy" was the name of our receptionist and she was the literal definition of her name. She gave us a map and recommended route to take in all the sites of the great city and coordinated our transportation options. As a result of staff like this I give my highest 5 star rating.

Had am issue toilet didnt work yesterday afternoon over night
They have no maitenance available or staff
Was told caanot fix the toilet can use office washroom in boilerroom
