Aveevo chesto con messaggio info per il checkin e specificando l'orario di arrivo oltre lo standard. MESSUNA RISPOSTA da parte dell' Host, così HO DOVUTO RINUNCIARE AL PERNOTTO e cercare a tarda sera una altra sisiemazione. Ho quindi chestomil rimborso: NESSUNA RIPSOTA dall' Host.

Tutto bene stanza ampia comoda vicinissima alla metro. Zona trafficata e poco bella a parte la vicinanza a Cinecitta ( che dista comunque 3fermate di metro)

Che dire,questo bnb non esiste praticamente. Avevo prenotato una stanza un giorno prima del mio arrivo da loro nel mese di luglio 2022.dato che sul loro sito c’era scritto il check-in vero le 15:00,io nel giorno del arrivo verso le 9 di mattina chiamo alla stuttura per avvisarli che arrivavo verso le 13:00 se si poteva anticipare il check-in.ma nn mi riponde nessuno.aspetto unpo e ricontatto verso 11:00 nn riponde nessuno.comincio a preoccuparmi.cmq arrivo a Roma e cerco di contattare di nuovo all’una,finalmente una signora mi risponde,io le chiedere che ero già arrivato alla stazione se potevano anticipare il mio check in.lei mi risponde che non è possibile anticipare il check-in e poi dovevo avvisarli 48 ore prima del arrivo perché non hanno una reception.🤔io le dico, signora come faccio avvisarvi 48 ore prima che ho prenotato più o meno 11 ore prima?lei mi risponde che purtroppo funzione così..comunque io alle 15:00,al orario del check in vado al indirizzo di questo bnb.praticamente nn c’è nulla.nn c’è un nome un indicazione precisa.nn sapevo dove suonare a chi bussare.chiamo di nuovo ma sta volta nn mi rispondono.insomma sono rimasto fino alle 17:00 a questo indirizzo che si trova sulla via Tuscolana chiamando in continuo ma niente,non c’è una traccia di loro🤬alla fine ho dovuto prenotare in un altro struttura nelle vicinanze e mene sono andato via.e fino a oggi li ho chiamati ho mandato 100 mila messaggi.che almeno abbiamo il coraggio di rispondermi per poter chiedere il rimborso,ma niente..secondo me questo posto.io non vi auguro delle cose brutto,ma ricordatevi che ciò che seminate li raccogliete un giorno e ne sono certo!
