The bathroom in the room had not been cleaned. Not even the dust had been removed and the cleaning lady at check out apologized for this "forgetfulness". I consider it unjustifiable and unacceptable to pay even a high price for a neglected and mostly dirty room. If I could I would have given 0

Comfortable but basic furnishing rooms. Host very friendly and available in satisfying customer requests. Very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, well connected to the countless beauties of the city, cleanliness occurred. The only shame was the lack of communication at the time of booking of the presence of scaffolding for work on the facade of the building (with a consequent failure to adjust the daily rate which would have been appreciated) which allowed the partial opening of the shutters of my room, the the only one out of three that faced the street (two other rooms were reassigned to me facing the internal side to overcome the problem). Not bad anyway, given the efficiency of the air conditioners. Overall very satisfied.
