The front desk staff were very welcoming. The room key's heavy keychain is designed to encourage guests to leave their keys at the front desk before heading out. The soundproofing in the room wasn't particularly good, and breakfast was just okay.

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is superb, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The breakfast was a bit meager – just a coffee and a croissant – but everything else was excellent.

This hotel is conveniently located not far from the Termini station. I only stayed one night but it was very comfortable. I left my bags so that I could explore the next day. There was no charge and I was able to cool down in their lobby on my return. The breakfast was very nice. There was also water and wine available during the day as well as some other drinks. The people at the check-in desk were very helpful and kind.

It's not too bad, but the location is a bit far from popular spots in Rome, like the Colosseum, if you're planning to walk.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good the location the only issue is the bathroom is very small
