Very good, clean and hygienic. It's a bit far, but it's directly accessible by subway, and only 30 minutes from the central train station. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel, the front desk attended Sylvia from Argentina pretended she did not speak any Spanish, and I think she thinks she’s like Italian royalty, she was extremely rude. The service from her was unacceptable and unprofessional, the hotel is far away from everything in a very dirty and unsafe area of Rome, PLEASE do not stay here. I do not recommend it at all!

I gave an extra star only for the kindness of all the staff at this hotel. The room was not very clean and was full of mosquitoes, the curtains were dirty. The bathroom too small for two people. The room had not been cleaned by the cleaning staff, so the tourist tax was deducted from our bill due to this poor service. Let's say breakfast was acceptable.

Tornati nel quartiere di origine, abbiamo approfittato della possibilità di stare vicini alla Metro e altri mezzi per andare in centro. L’hotel è abbastanza vecchio, ma comodo e tranquillo. Il personale è gentile e la colazione abbastanza varia.

Das Frühstück war enttäuschend – es wurde nicht nachgefüllt und reichte nur für etwa die Hälfte der Gäste. Mein Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer sein sollte. Die Gastfreundschaft war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt akzeptabel, aber ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ho soggiornato con degli amici in questo hotel. É in una zona tranquilla di Roma, quindi punto a favore, soprattutto per il fatto che si trova vicino sia alla metro e sia alla fermata del Bus, quindi molto praticabile. Il problema é che il bagno era sporco, pieno di calcare e ragnatele. I piumini e le lenzuola sporche, e non le hanno mai cambiate.. Altro punto a sfavore è la signora alla reception, un po’ scorbutica. Io sono arrivata il giorno dopo rispetto alle mie amiche, appena entrata era impegnata al telefono, e mi ha invitata a sedersi e non voleva che salissi sopra in camera perché doveva controllare anche perché credeva che io dovessi fare il check-out, non sapendo che io sono una vecchia cliente dell’hotel. La colazione molto deludente, ma per il resto tutto okay. Cosa molto a favore che é permesso di salire cibo da fuori in camera, quindi se una sera non vuoi cenare fuori, puoi ordinare tranquillamente da Glovo che ti fanno salire tutto in camera.. Non so se tornerò, ma si sta tranquilli, quindi molto probabile.
