Amazing place! A boutique Bed&Breakfast! The cleanliness and comfort out of this world. The location is unbeatable for everything you could think of. Amazing location for walking everywhere to any touristic destination amazing location for restaurants, amazing location for public and private transport and safety. Located 5 minutes walking from the Termini Central station where you’ll find national connections and airport connections, 3-3 minutes away from Santa Maria Maggiore,Terme Diocletian, Musee Roman and Piazza de la Republica.

The owners, Delia and her husband, are very friendly, kind, and helpful. They make their B&B so clean and welcoming that I'd like to come again and also already recommended it to my family and friends. Their website truly reflects what the B&B is like. My mother doesn't understand English or Italian, but she felt the warmth and friendliness from Delia's smile. Delia allowed us to leave our luggage in the room when we arrived in the morning. When checking in, she showed us how to reach the tourist attractions on a map and gave us some tips on avoiding being pickpocketed in Rome. The massage chair in the living room relaxed my tired body after long walking in Rome. Delia delivered breakfast at 8 am that has many varieties to choose. She packed us food in advance when we had to leave early the next morning. I can order coffee from Delia or make it from the coffee machine in the room. The bathroom is very clean and the floor of the shower is not slippery. The B&B is about 10 min walk to the central station and 15 min walk to Repubblica metro station. It's convenient to take metro, buses, and hop-on-hop-off buses from the B&B to major attractions. The gate of the building is always locked and the surrounding is safe even at night.

Lovely manager, amazing breakfast and very good location. I liked the building and the little balcony to sit outside our room. Recommended if you want a chill quite place and good service. We used buses and walked around all Rome and the station is 5 mins walk

Locatie was in die zin centraal, dat het vlakbij centraal station was en 2 grote metrolijnen. Om naar de grote bezienswaardigheden te wandelen was best nog een stevige wandeling. Maar moegewandeld raak je in Rome sowieso. Gastvrouw is super, geeft goed advies en brengt elke dag ontbijt op de kamer, je kiest 's avonds hangt het op je deur en exact op het gewenste uur is het er altijd. Ook staat er een grote massagestoel die je gratis kan gebruiken, zalig na het douchen en na de lange wandelingen. Beneden ligt een zeer goed restaurant "la Familia" met democratische prijzen, wij zijn er 4 avonden na elkaar gaan eten, dat hadden we nog nooit ergens gedaan...

Proprietari molto gentili e accoglienti, camera e bagno davvero pulitissimi e accoglienti ogni volta che rientravo mi sentivo a casa mia coccolata da lampada di sale, candele, biscottiera sempre piena, profumo di pulito, TV satellitare grande, macchina del caffè con cialde.... Colazione in camera con tutto ciò che desideravo...Accessori del bagno, asciugamani, shampoo e bagnoschiuma già presenti nel box doccia, cuffia e sapone intimo.... Direi una vacanza bellissima ci torno appena tornerò a Roma.... Distributore di acqua sempre disponibile.... Wii fii velocissimo....

Alojamiento en muy buena ubicación. Al lado de Termini. Estancia muy agradable. Sitio muy limpio y a modo de detalle el baño tiene bidet. Colchón también cómodo. El desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación a la hora que tu sugieras. Lo eliges el día anterior y Delia muy puntual te lo lleva. Muy recomendable 👌🏽

Atendimento incrível! Simpatia em pessoa a responsável pela acomodação. Quarto muito bem equipado, bem decorado, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Nos deu várias dicas, antecipou nosso café pq sairíamos cedo para o aeroporto. Parece um quarto estilo airbnb. Não um hotel, mas isso não tira o charme e o conforto do local. Super bem localizado, a pé da estação de trem, excelentes restaurantes próximo. Voltaria com certeza!

Mi sono fermata due notti. Delia è una persona molto accogliente e gentile. Pulizia perfetta. Ottima scelta per la colazione servita in camera. Posizione comoda vicino a Termini. Ho potuto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Lo consiglio!
