Chic & Town Luxury Rooms

There was a little mold on the walls in the bathroom and I did not appreciate being charged additional city taxes upon arrival but the staff was friendly and the location was excellent.

Very clean and nice property. Very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this place. Easy access to all major locations. Plenty of restaurants to eat around. The building and area was safe and clean. Room and washroom was clean and tidy, unlike majority of places of Rome washrooms did not have any odour and felt clean.

Staff was great, extremely helpful and accommodating! Room was large and bed was comfortable.

These rooms are in an excellent location, literally 5mins walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, surrounded by shops,cafes and restaurants. Taxi from Termini is between 10-15 eus and takes about 15 mins. As the name suggests, this is not a hotel or b&b but rooms,reception and a lift in a very old but characteristic building. If you pay room only you can get breakfast at a nearby cafe at a reduced rate and it was extremely good value at 7eus per person. We had a double room with bathroom,the shower is in the bedroom which was fine for us as a couple. The bed was a large double and very comfortable as were the pillows.The room and bathroom were modern and very clean, there was plenty of towels and the room was serviced every day. It was very hot in Rome during our stay and the aircon was very welcomed. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. There is a stocked mini fridge, kettle and tea tray and a safe. We didnt have any view from the room but that was fine as we really just used the room as a base. The couple of staff that we spoke to were very welcoming and informative. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, right next to the spanish stairs and trevi fountain. Room is huge and very clean, our room had a high seeling with a beautiful 17' century painting. The best part was the staff, they were super patience and responsive to all our questions and requests

We were expecting a shower in the toilet on top of the tab in the room, but it only had the second. The staff is friendly. The associated restaurant for breakfast is alright. Location by the Fontana di Trevi is great. Easy and low cost access from Fiumicino airport using the bus plus metro.

I got a great rate on this room, so that's the only reason I moved it from a 3 to a 4. I think the hotel does not earn the description "Luxury Rooms" as is in its title, but it's a good value. Positives: +: The location is rather convenient to the metro, taxi stands, and walking to sightseeing. It is a few blocks to the metro, which can be miserable in summer heat. +: The room's air conditioner is quite strong! +: The concierge was helpful in booking a tour and getting stamps for a postcard. +: The king sized bed was actually one single bed, not multiple beds like many hotels in Europe. Negatives: -: There's only one elevator, which means lots of waiting. And the elevator has kind of a musty smell and dilapidated interior. -: The bathroom is very small. The shower is supposed to close fully, but the doors didn't quite seal at the corner. And there is very limited counter space. -: There aren't really drawers to unpack your belongings into. If you're quite tall, you can use a shelf near the entry door. And if you use the window seat as storage, I put my luggage underneath the window seat and found that area had not been dusted. -: There was construction going on in the hallway outside our room and in the floor above, which was disruptive to relaxing. -: This was the only hotel we stayed at in Italy that did not have breakfast available on site. We could purchase a low cost breakfast at the cafe across the street, but it was always very busy at the cafe.
