It's a guesthouse. If it's not during their working hours, you have to contact the hotel in advance to find out how to check in, which is very troublesome and outrageous. They falsely advertised it as a hotel when it's actually a guesthouse.

Over time, I confused the Hotel Catalunya with this hotel in the central square, and the review was wrong. However, the two hotels are not far from each other. The Catalonia Hotel is in the alley, with three flags on the door. The common points are that they are all quite expensive, the rooms are clean and the surroundings are lively.

I was traveling with my two children and booked a room for three people. The description when booking was for a two-room apartment. When we arrived, we discovered that there were 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms on this floor. The hotel (not considered a hotel) gave us two rooms and one bathroom, but the bathroom was not in the room. We have to go through public areas and other people's rooms to go to the bathroom. We have to bring our own clothes to take a shower, and then take the clothes back to our room. We have to lock the door when we come in and out. We need a password to go to the bathroom and a password to go back to the room. I took my two children on a trip, and they couldn't go to the toilet on their own at night. I was scared to go there by myself because I had to pass through a public area, there were no cameras, and the gate on the first floor was open, and there was zero security. Although the bathroom was only used by our family, it was really inconvenient and worse than a dormitory. I stayed there for one night and decided not to stay there. After negotiating with Ctrip, the agent said that the hotel would not refund the money. When booking, the page did not describe this situation! ! It's really scary. We won't stay here without a refund. The only advantage is that the location is close to the shopping street, which is convenient for shopping, but there is no security in the accommodation. Also be careful and safe after shopping.
