There was a problem in the electricity in the room that they assigned me. It has taken more than an hour to fix the problem during my check-in which was very inconvenient. But during the night, such problem occurred and the electricity in the room that frequently turn on and off during. It was like a Christmas lights in my room during my stay which is very frustrating and dangerous, good thjng nothing happened bad and the hotel didn’t get burn on the night my stay. I informed the hotel receptionist about this beforre my check out, they mentioned that they will check it but did not do anything about it.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned. They still use paper records for check-ins. However, it does have an elevator, a fridge, and a bathtub in the room. A simple breakfast is provided daily. The downside is that the soundproofing is quite poor.

Very close to Termini station, plenty of place to eat out. Need to go up few steps to get in to the hotel. Rooms is enough space for one person. Quiet at night and morning. Breakfast is good with coffee.

Excellent! Great location right in front of Termini, which saves a lot of time for sightseeing. It was clean, and early check-in was possible. Recommended.

This is a great boutique hotel with an excellent location. It's a five-minute walk from Termini, and there's a large supermarket nearby. For those who enjoy Chinese food, there's 'Old Chongqing' and 'Kuanzhai Alley' close by. The hotel facilities are a bit old-fashioned, and the shower area is very small, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the service attitude was good across the board. I would recommend it.

Pretty dirty, see photos; also found some hairs in towels. By the way, the towels are hard and inconvenient. The night-time guy at reception was quite rude. The room is not comfortable. No slippers (asked at the reception), then recall that it’s dirty here, so you have like black feet or socks. The location is good, but better be outside the city center than at this place.

The rooms are much older than the pictures. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower hose was broken. The breakfast offered was inadequate, and there was no complimentary water.
