It was a nice room, but very noisy. The walls are very thin. It’s a 30 min walk from the Vatican.

The room was clean and very comfortable, the check-in was easy, everything from bathrooms to balconies was well taken care of. The location was perfect for us and quiet for Rome. Most impressive was the responsive staff— they were friendly and helpful. Perfect stay!

Room was clean and nicely decorated but the website said it was near the termini train station, and it was a metro and bus ride and walk away, north of the Vatican. There was no communication ahead of the reservation about any specific access instructions but when we finally arrived (@6:30pm) there was no one answering the doorbell. Two angels, young women staying there happened to arrive and helped us contact the ‘host’. You needed what’s app, and internet and then you could get a code to open a lock box to get the keys (3) that the young ladies showed us which key went to which door. We never saw anyone from the rental. When the room was cleaned they did not replace the bath towel (which were great) so I needed to use two hand towels to dry. The hooks that appeared to be for hanging towels were two feet above my head. There was no breakfast. The coffee maker was fine but the second day there were no cups so I needed to use my water bottle cap. Luckily it was a small espresso. It was located in a neighborhood of apartments so it was not near restaurants or shops.

there was some confusion with check in finding the correct apartment and door, but room was clean, the bathroom could probably use a freshening up, comfortable stay and host was communicative by phone but did not meet host for check in or during stay. We would stay here again, not too far from city centre about 25 min walk.

Very convenient structure for accessing events at the Olympic Stadium. Two beautiful double bedrooms with bathroom and kitchenette, more than a corner, two separate doors in which to find a sink for washing dishes and in the other a coffee machine with pods (included). There is no table where you can have a meal, except those in the room that serve as a desk. A small table on the balconies was enough and voila. The wi-fi doesn't work very well, on the contrary. Overall, I think it is a structure that needs careful maintenance (very old batteries inside the decoder remote control, clogged sink, detaching shower hose, probably flat air conditioning.)

Renovated rooms passed off as B & Bs. - There is no breakfast (so it's not a B&B) - No luxury you can see (so I'm not Luxury) - The building is 2.5 km from St. Peter's Square (so it's not close) - Poorly soundproofed rooms and cleanliness is not excellent. In short, they should change the name from BdB luxury rooms San Pietro to simply "Rooms Foro italico" (since it is much closer than San Pietro). The only positive note is the proximity to the Forum and the Olimpico. Recommended for one night only (if there are no alternatives).

Tutto perfetto.. pulizia gentilezza della host. Niente di diverso di un hotel. La signora ha tenuto pure i bagagli dipo il check out. Tornerei quando riandrò a roma. Il check in si fa automaticamente quindi in tutti gli orari. Posizione facile per arrivare al centro.

L'appartamento in condizioni medio/buone. Tranquillo. Parcheggi pubblici in tutte le strade adiacenti con parchimetro. Metropolitana abbastanza lontana.
