I dont know how it has 4.2 stars. I understand that the price is good for budget tourists, but overall, no human can live normally in this kind of room. Noisy, uncomfortable, and VERY DIRTY. The furniture is damaged, the walls are full of black stains. The bed's back side that's from leather, must have never been cleaned. i didn't dare to touch my head there. The photos are very old - it look nothing like this. We had to cancel the booking a few hours after we arrived. Be careful fellow tourists, book somewhere with a little more cost but you will have normal accommodation. Thank god we found a good place fast, otherwise sleeping in this room would be a pressure for us. Also we got informed that the area is one of the most dangerous in Rome, so keep that in mind if you do not want to look above your shoulders constantly during night time. In general, in Rome you have to be very careful with the ratings in accomodation and even restaurants. Filter the bad reviews first, and thats how you will find out the reality about the location you are interested in. To be fair, the guy in the reception was kind and with a smile on his face.
