This hotel in an incredible location, only a few mins walk to Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. Our room was very spacious and very clean and comfortable. For only €5 there's a nice breakfast area with lots of choice. I was glad that before travelling I brought up the area and hotel on Google earth to get an idea of where the hotel is as the hotel is not signed from the outside ...you could very easily miss it ! On arrival go to the reception area ..(which again is NOT signed ) this is located up the first flight of steps on the left hand side. All staff are welcoming and will help with any requests. The room location within the building is the strangest set up ...you'll see what I mean ...it's hard to describe 🙃...don't be put off at first impressions it's all part of the adventure 😊 Once up the first flight of steps into the building (around 20 steps) ... Then you'll find a charming small old fashioned lift with access to all floors. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day ...hope my 3 coins in Trevi fountain ensure this 😜

I was so annoyed by the standard of the room we spent 4 nights in. Walls were scuffed the bed surrounds were torn really looked shabby and the mattress was a very small single bed. The chair in the room was filthy the mirror on the wardrobe was badly cracked. There were issues with the shower which flooded the floor as it was blocked and the overhead shower was broken. The hairdryer nearly went on fire. The reception Staff looked after the shower replaced the shower head and the hairdryer. Breakfast couldn't have been anymore basic the small bread roll were hard. This Hotel charged 4 star price but it was not good value. I will say the Hotel was in a very good location but really really needs to have maintenance work done for the price it charges.

We spent a week In Rome at Mia Suites and were very well looked after by both Lorenzo and Roberto who were extremely helpful with all out questions. The hotel is brilliantly located in central Rome walking distance to most of the major attractions and not far from Stazione Roma yet very quiet at night. Close to restaurants and a supermarket and the metro. Our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was also good. I would stay again. There are around 14 stairs up to the reception and bottom floor of rooms but once inside there is a lift to the other levels including the breakfast room

Very good attention, very good breakfast and great location, near the center or Rome. I recommend it a lot. I was in the hotel for 3 or 4 days and I like it, the beds are very comfortable and very nice the people who attend in the hotel. I recommend a lot to stay.
