The cleaning detergent was too strong and the coffee machine was in the other/main building. Other than that it was fine.

Very good place to stay in

I had a booking in which the hotel unfortunately cancelled without any explanation. I am quite disappointed, especially as there are now no comparable options available at a similar price.

I spent few days in hotel Aventino and it was great experience! Clean beautiful room, comfortable bad, great and helpful staff. I felt like I visited my family! Breakfast was fresh and tasty! Even I have been celebrated my birthday and you made this day for me as a special one! I totally recommend it and I hope I’ll back shortly!

This hotel was one of unforgettable hotel in my recently trips. I have to say it is located closed by Colosseum and is in a lovely community with gate which is safe. Across of street, there is a nice café for breakfast. Staff are nice. Guest house provides free coffee, yogurt, and hot water. As following, it was my experience.. 1) The hotel building is under maintenance (I don't know how long for the project), workers starts working around 8am. 2) ***There was no HOT SHOWER (I mean it ACTUALLY HOT) in our room ; basically, it was closed to body temperature (No steam during shower). For me, a girl, it was too cold to take shower. (Only 55 F degree at night ) We only took shower within 5 mins. 3) Another problem was, receptionist only at site worked from 8am - 2pm. Therefore, when we found out no hot shower, we had to wait until next day and left a note on the desk before we left hotel to start our schedule. (BTW, we also made an intl phone call to make sure hot shower working normally) 4) Wifi signal was too weak to connect it in our room, even router is installed outside of our room. Luckily, I bought e-sim unlimited data plan. Therefore, poor wifi connection wasn't a really bit deal for us. I cannot speak other facilities in other's room or other travelers' experiences. All I mentioned are based on my experience at this time.

Everyting was great! Perfect location close to the metro at Circo Massimo, in a quiet, beautiful and green residential neighborhood, perfect for waking up in the crowded Rome, ready for a perfect day of adventure! Very cosy place, quitet and friendly. Nice host, ready to attend your needs. We had the chance to get the room with a terrace which made everything even more wonderful.

Had a lovely stay here for a long weekend rooms were very clean and you had unlimited used of tea and coffee. The host was very helpful and explained everything, lovely seating area outside and located in a Private gated area. Shop next door for everything and selection of local restaurants near by, japanese across the road was amazing We had a fridge and safe in the room which unfortunately didn't work during our stay and was reported otherwise would have been five stars.

Located right next to the Cuban embassy, ​​it is very convenient as accommodation. Spotless rooms and bathrooms, friendly and helpful owner. Silent rooms and total independence. Three hundred meters from the Circus Maximus. Really good!!

The guesthouse is in a great location, everyone was very friendly and attentive. It was very clean and well maintained. The infrastructure is a bit old, but it works. Because it is not directly on the street, it is also quiet.

We stayed at the end of January, new and comfortable rooms, (perfect new mattress) courtesy and helpfulness of the owners made us feel immediately at home, strategic position very close to the Circo Massimo metro station so very close to the Colosseum and the center of Rome. We booked a triple room in this guest house, really very convenient for an event at the Circus Maximus, 10 minutes on foot in a street full of bars, clubs, supermarkets, so really pleasant. The building is beautiful, in an interior, so really very quiet, two "flaws" the shower with only one door and the toilet that didn't refill and when it did it made an annoying noise. Good cleaning, comfortable beds, nice coffee machine and courtesy snacks. Advised.

A Roma per un funerale. Posizione ottima e strategica. Garage a pagamento a pochi metri. Vicinissimo al Circo Massimo ed alla metropolitana. Possibilità di avere anche il check in negli orari quando alla reception non c’è nessuno. Molto bello, nuovo, pulitissimo. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa. Nella zona comune c’è comunque un distributore d’acqua e la macchinetta del caffè. Camera ampia, parquet, letto grande e comodissimo. Molto pulita. Ottimi gli oscuranti. Mancano solo due prese vicino ai comodini. Anche il bagno comodo e finestrato. Sì soggiorna con piacere. Da ritornarci sicuramente visto anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo. 95,00 euro per una matrimoniale in Viale Aventino è eccellente.

Мы приехали по адресу на такси, но с адресом и входом была небольшая нестыковка, поэтому пришлось звонить работнику отеля, чтобы он вышел и показал где все же вход. Номер - небольшой, но хороший, удобные кровати, подушки. В нашем номере был балкончик. Ванная комната - туалет, биде, раковина и душевая кабина. Нам положили шампунь, гель для душа и гель для интима. Каждому выдали по два полотенца: большое и маленькое, полотенце для ног. В фойе стоит кофе машина и можно пить кофе, какао и горячий шоколад сколь хочешь, что наши дети и делали. Также в фойе есть посуда, раковина и столы со стульями, то есть можно покушать . На уличной части отеля есть также столы и стулья, мы утром завтракали там и вечером играли в настольные игры там.
