Amazing hotel, the service from this hotel is amazing. The front staffs were really very nice, they warned us about the weather and offered to borrow us umbrellas as the weather in time was really quite unpredictable that day. As we were having our honey moon, they were nice enough to give us a free upgrade for our room!

The staff were all very nice and helpful. They arranged for a private driver to pick us up from the airport, since it was early when we arrived they held our luggage until the room was ready so we could go out and explore the city. Not long after they called and said they expedited the room prep and allowed us early access and even had our luggage in the room waiting for us when we got there. The room itself was also quite nice, and everything felt very premium. My only real complaint is that the thermostat in our room wasnt functioning correctly so it had gotten rather warm during the day. I know I like to cooler than most people to sleep so i mentioned it to the staff and they were able to turn it down from the front desk. It took some time for it to cool but thats not their fault and they apologized for the inconvenience. Otherwise it was a very nice stay, great location, close to the train station, Colosseum, and many other sights. I would be happy to stay there again.

This property would receive a better rating but there was little to no hot water. Staff was nice, housekeeping was great, but the no hot water issue is the reason for the 3 stars.

We had a very comfortable stay in a great location. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic, all went above and beyond to help where they could, it was a pleasure to get acquainted with them, Davide in particular.
Have no complaints about our stay at all and would recommend.

Walking distance from Roma Termini. We stayed in the small room for 1 night and it was perfect. Very clean, very courteous staff. However the rooms are not very soundproof.

Property was not in the best area of Rome. Not very walkable compared to the Piazza Navona area. Hotel had small rooms. Great staff.

Overall staff was great. Good li location with restaurants nearby and close to train station. Rooms are very small with a shower barely big enough to even stand in. If by yourself, this is a solid cost effective option, but 2 or more people luggage makes this difficult from a space perspective.
