In a super convenient location for us we spend two weeks in this lovely hotel. With an excellent breakfast spread, we began each day's sojourn into the wonders of Rome with a beautiful cappuccino, fresh fruit, panettone, and an abundant selection of delights, replenished by an engaging staff. Housekeeping staff kept our room spotlessly clean with prompt service. The front desk, especially Irine, was cheerful, helpful and fun, and when I left my phone in the airport car, she went out of her way to make sure the diver retuned it to me immediately. We'll stay here again.

We spent 11 nights there over Christmas. Lovely staff, great breakfast. The location was great, with all the main sights within a reasonable walking distance. The room was a bit small but comfortable and quiet. I think they also offer larger rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will probably stay there again on our next trip to Rome. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Residenza in Farnese very much. The hotel was very conveniently located for us to access the main sites in Rome on foot, and has a lot of historical character. The room was well equipped. Breakfast was very good with a variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, eggs, tea, coffee, etc. Also fresh honeycomb! The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Within a 15-minute walk are Piazza Navona, Capo de Fiori, the Ghetto, Trastevere via Ponte Sisto, the newly opened Area Sacra, countless restaurants and cafes and -- at 20 minutes -- Castle Sant'Angelo. Front desk service personnel unfailingly helpful, room and towels refreshed daily, bed very comfortable.

We stayed here on both ends of a trip to Italy, so got to experience two different rooms. Both were unique and clean. The staff - especially the young woman at the front desk - were excellent. The local, next to Campo di Fiore, was very convenient. Wine on the rooftop terrace was lovely.

Not the prettiest place but well located. The problem with it is there is no explanation of the hotels services so you are left to guess the hours of the bar etc. The included breakfast was pretty aweful.

The rooms do not look like the pictures we started in 312, it was dated dark and the window looked at a blank wall, not quite what was booked for my husbands birthday. The hotel changed our room, (not until after a struggle) 411, same decor slightly better view of a different wall.

Nice stay, the rooms were a nice size and well done. The only problem was the AC was working poorly. Maintenance was called but it did little to no good(partly in their defense it was the hottest month) Also, there were two safes in the room but neither worked.

This hotel has nice staff, but it is clearly a three star hotel, its dark and extremely hot.The air conditioning blows warm air 24/7 its only cool in the foyer, a lot of reviews complain about it and every guest at breakfast would mention it- you really need to service all the air conditioners in each room. I will say the bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was adequate and the location was good.
