Room was booked and paid for …hotel cancelled our room on us on the day of our arrival..,not happy at all …very poor communication. No communication via wattsapp or email …had to phone and find out ourselves…refund money will take up to 14 days …very poor

I was very happy here. The room was very modern, very, very spacious, very comfortable. The A/C was excellent which was critical given the heat wave. The location was excellent. The room also had a fridge, which was most welcome. There is a COOP supermarket a few hundred meters away so I had a nicely stocked fridge. The room had a nice balcony. Entry and check-in are do-it-yourself. It is essential that you bring the welcoming email with you in order to get in the door (I had forgotten mine because I had booked months ago and this turned into a big nuisance). There generally is no staff on site so if you need a lot of personalized attention, this isn't the place for you. Very good location, a short walk from Termini and some very important museums. Very good nearby restaurants.

Rooms were nicely decorated but overall we were very disappointed. Shower pressure was awful and the shower head wasn’t very clean. The cleaners were rude on our last day and we only saw the receptionist once when she wanted us to pay the city tax. We wouldn’t recommend this place and feel there are much nicer areas to stay in Rome.

Appartement à proximité de de la gare Termini à 5 min à pied, à côté d'une station de métro à même pas 2 min. Fontaine de Trevi à 15 min à pied et tous les sites touristiques sont faciles d' accès à pied. Chambre propre et bien sonorisée, avec machine à café, frigo. Communication avec la propriétaire par whatapp ( qui ne répond pas forcément de suite) qui parle français, italien, espagnol. Il y a une taxe de séjour( 2 nuits=14€) à pied à l' admission. Franchement, je recommande cet établissement et si je devrais y retourner à Rome, je retournerai sans hésiter chez Bespoke.

Stanze nuove , ben arredate e pulite . Posizione ottima , vicinissima la fermata della metro e Termini raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti . Cordialità ed ottima organizzazione del check-in anche quando la reception è chiusa . Letto comodissimo e nelle vicinanze sono presenti bar , Mac Donald ( precisamente sotto l’appartamento) e ristoranti. Lo consiglio soprattutto per chi cerca un posto strategico per potersi muovere con facilità. Per un prossimo soggiorno non esiteremo a tornarci .

Beau petit hôtel de 6 chambres très propre et moderne avec tout le confort possible. Très bien situé à 2 pas du métro et de la place de la Républica, à 10 mn de la gare Termini, tous les commerces nécessaires en bas de l'Hôtel. Notre chambre était spacieuse ainsi que celle de notre fille communicante avec chacun un téléviseur et le nécessaire (kit pour le café, mini frigo, etc...). la salle de bain était aussi très agréable. Ambiance calme, isolée de la rue avec vue sur cour et joli balcon. Un bémol sur les conditions d'accès pas forcément évidente, bien utiliser l'application whatsapp avec la correspondante pour l'envoi des codes d'accès. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une double chambre de ce standing dans une capitale européenne. Je recommande vivement...

Camere ottenute in un appartamento in un tipico palazzo romano. Camera t**** molto nella con balcone. Ottima la gestione del check in anche non in presenza con tutte le istruzioni via whatsapp o mail. Personale molto gentile. Vicino a metro repubblica e autobus che ti portano ovunque per Roma. Unico neo il bagno con qualche rifinitura da sistemare dovuto probabilmente all uso nel tempo. Molto gradita l acqua omaggio al nostro arrivo.
