B&B la Casa di Patty

The location was good, a short walk from Termini, we stayed here 1 night before we left for our cruise.

The worst experience in Europe at all! The whole process to check in took more than an hour and the attitude of the staff was terrible. The air conditioner of our room was broken at the first day which forcing us to move to another hotel. However, the wheel of our suitcase was broken and damaged during the transfer carried out by the staff. The next day when we backed to the original hotel, the socket was broken at midnight and the staff refused to help. The room is extremely dirty and smelly! Terrible service and the staff broke our suitcase and yelled at us all the time!!!

Staff were great, location was great for us, felt safe. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, but we only stayed one night so it was ok.

Kinda noisy outside the hotel but other from that they have really good installations, the staff waited for us Clean shower Clean room Only downside we felt pressured to the checkout so they can clean the room since 9am when check out is at 10am

We expecting first floor room with some at the front desk everything with celular we don’t Carrie internet etc was a mess

Stay a way from this place . !!!!!!!!!!!! The owner are not able to be nice , the room was so small even for one person , very dirty, noisy, bad wifi , a lot of homeless near the apartment I was afraid just to walk there and there is not much options and you just need to past true them. The shower was so small and dirty so we was showrred it flip-flops.
