The staff were incredibly kind and made our stay very pleasant. We really appreciated them accommodating our special request to switch to a twin room. The room was very clean and comfortable, and even had an electric kettle. The room itself isn't huge, so spreading out two large suitcases simultaneously might be a bit tricky. However, it does have a spacious balcony which adds to the feeling of openness. Another great feature was having warm air heaters in both the bathroom and bedroom, which helped our laundry dry very quickly. This was incredibly helpful as we were in the middle of a European tour and truly appreciated being able to dry our clothes thoroughly. We also felt very safe using them without worrying about fire hazards. The only minor issue was that the elevator was quite slow, so we often opted for the stairs. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel for our stay.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the subway. It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The bathroom heater was very strong, so after a shower, I wasn't cold at all, and it was perfect for drying clothes. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there are all sorts of small restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel room was very clean and warm with good heating. The room size was also generous. The staff provided excellent service. My only minor complaint is that the reception area is quite small; I initially thought it might be a guesthouse. I had a very comfortable sleep during my four-night stay, and the soundproofing was good.

Had a great stay at Monti Ryokan. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the major attractions. The only minor drawback is that street noise can be a bit loud, so those who need a very quiet environment might want to take note. Overall, the good points far outweigh this small issue, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rome.

Excellent local neighborhood — well located with lovely food and bars. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Contacted them beforehand about check-in times and they were accommodating - gave us the codes etc to ensure we could check in after 9. Location was ok - roads weren’t fantastic to walk from the train station, but manageable. Not far from food and decent restaurants. Touristy stuff ~20minutes away. Room was fine. Elevator is one of those old school ones, quite slow, but completely fine and fit for purpose.

Only stayed here for one night, but very comfortable bed and spacious room. The balcony was roomy and nice to lounge around outside. Receptionist was really nice and felt safe with all the codes required to enter the building. There are a few local markets and restaurants that were on the same street for a quick bite or if you need anything for the room. A bit far from the main Rome area, but a solid option.

Room was of adequate size with strong wifi. Location was great too in a charming neighbourhood that is near the colosseum. However, lift was too slow and there were not much amenities to enjoy

Unfortunately thia hotel did not live up to its 4 star review. Poor communication by hotel. Difficult assessibility. At one point getti.g off the elevator a service staff had big bags of towels blocking the way and just sat on her phone not attempting to move them. The terrace is very hard to access. I was put in a room right next to reception, which I understand if that was the only room, but the hotel was empty. Poor way to spend the last night of my Italy trip. Good points! The reception person who checked me in was very friendly and they do allow for baggage storage free of charge.

Excellent service, excellent service, excellent service! The hotel also felt very secure. Its convenient location allowed me to walk to all the attractions. Plus, Cavour Metro Station is right next door, making it easy to reach Rome's train stations.

Extremely convenient, with supermarkets everywhere. It's also really clean and hygienic. However, it's a bit far from the train station, which can be tiring if you have luggage. On the upside, it's very close to all the attractions. Highly recommend staying here, I'd definitely consider it again next time!

Excellent location! The staff were very thoughtful, helped me call a taxi, and even accepted a package for me from another city! Highly recommend.
