Very quiet and good quality toiletries. Mini bar was well stocked and used by us. Everything you want in a hotel when you're out all day and evening. Friendly reception and one of those cool old lifts where you pull thr door across. Will stay again

Hotel seems new. Offered good shower gel and clean. The bathtub is too troublesome to use. Location is great. Walking distance to Spanish steps and all. Hotel only have 6 rooms.

Big struggle to get in and out of the building and apartment

The property was in a nice location just steps from metro access and the main shopping avenue. The front desk host was very friendly and super helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

An amazing modern hotel room…bathroom was great…comfortable beds and very spacious modern clean 1.5 room …definitely will stay here again…felt like a 5 star modern contemporary hotel room…great location to every tourist site…1.5-2 mile walk to all major sites…metro around the corner…awesome location!!

We loved the uniqueness of Relais Piazza Del Popolo. And the special touches: cold water bottle by our bed each night. Great shower and plenty of pillows. In room coffee and tea and a DYSON HAIR DRYER! OMG. The bed was a bit hard for our taste, but that didn't ruin the experience. Thanks Dania for taking care of us.

Clean quite and comfortable rooms with great service and location. Before I arrived I was uncertain about the location but it turned out to be awesome. It's right next to the metro but I rarely used it because the hotel is closer to everything than it seems on Google maps. The walk from the hotel to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc is maybe 30 minutes down a very walkable street with nice shopping. If you use the metro the station is right there and Vatican City and the Colosseum are only a couple stops away. We had an early Vatican tour booked and it was nice to wake up only 30 minutes before it started! Unlocking the doors to the building after hours requires a data connection on your phone but it's very easy to do. Staff are at the desk from 8am to 8pm. It's a small hotel (guest house) with maybe 5 rooms so I rarely saw other guests but an employee was always around when I needed them. The hotel is a tenant on the fourth floor of the building. Rooms are cleaned daily and they even filled a water bottle every day which I thought was nice. I wanted to book a typical 24 hour hotel to be honest but ran out of options because I booked late. I was perfectly happy and would stay here again.

I chose this hotel based on its location and wasn't disappointed - right next to Borghese gardens, Piazza del Popolo and a 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. Great cafes for breakfast, bars and supermarket on the doorstep - it was perfect. I booked direct with the hotel and the communication was excellent. The check in process was via an app, needing a photo of documents and a selfie which I wasn't feeling so happy about but didn't seem to have a choice as this was needed before our arrival. Then the access was via an app with one button to press for the outside door and another for the reception door - fine in theory but there were a few times I was concerned that if I ran out of battery I wouldn't get in (using google maps to get about all day did drain the battery and we came close to this a few times!) With the reliance on the tech to get in and limited reception hours there is not a lot in the way of 'hospitality' here and 'welcomes' were pretty underwhelming when we did see staff. The room we stayed in was just like the photos and was very modern and well equipped with fridge, mini bar, kettle and coffee machine. The cleanliness was 10/10 which was fabulous and the maid was very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in room 33 (32 was also on this side) which faced a busy street with the tram stop right outside the window which was like trying to sleep in the train station! Fortunately the windows were double glazed which cut out most of the noise which of course meant having to have the windows closed and sleep with aircon. If I was to stay here again I would request a room facing the back street and pack my earplugs!

I had a wonderful time at the Relais Piazza del Popolo. I could walk to the city center or take the bus or metro directly in front of the door. The host was very polite and happy to help me out with any questions that I had. The room was clean and designed with great care. I will definitely come back soon!
