オッタビアーノ駅から歩いてホテルに向かいました。Googleマップを頼って向かいましたが、なかなか見つからず、ホテルの方に電話して迎えに来て頂きました。
室内は大変綺麗でした。
朝食は、近くのコーヒーショップでしたが、ホテルから少し離れていてこれも見つからなかったので、ホテルの方に案内して頂きました。
食事はパン1個とドリンクのみ。クロワッサンとエスプレッソを選びました。

This is my second time staying there. I loved it already the first time. The location is very convenient. The place is beautiful, very welcoming, supet clean and comfortable.
Susanna is fantastic, ready to help with and solve anything to ensure a comfortable stay. I strongly recommend this accommodation. You won't be disappointed 🙂👍

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The owner contacted us prior to our arrival and gave us a ride to and from the airport for a flat rate of 40€ each way. A very nice way of escaping expensive taxis. Owner was welcoming and the room looked as shown on pictures. A bit of wear and tear but nothing more than a bit of chipped paint. Price was great and location even better, would highly recommend this to anyone

We can not help but confirm all the nice words that have been written in the reviews already present on the site. Both my boyfriend and I, to whom I gave two nights in this b & b, were delighted to stay here. Not only because it is located in a beautiful, quiet area close to the Vatican City, but also because Mr. Gianfranco was attentive to every detail. Your kindness will surely be remembered as an important part of our "Roman holiday". Surely next weekend in Rome we will know where to stay, again!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui a Giugno 2019. Le stanze sono ben arredate, pulite e comode. Vincente L idea di mettere la macchia del caffè espresso all’ingresso per le esigenze di tutti. Il parcheggio è obbligatoriamente in una struttura a parte, da pagare separatamente, ma comunque comoda e vicina.

Emplacement à fuir, lorsque nous sommes arrivé devant le logement il était déjà occupé depuis plusieurs semaines par des étudiantes , nous avons appelez le propriétaire et l'avons attendu dans la rue pendant 1 heure. Il nous à pris pour des imbéciles soit disant il n'avait ni mail ni téléphone pour nous prévenir de la situation et au bout de quelques minutes il ne pouvait plus nous louer la chambre car le lavabo était cassé! Nous avons été relogé par un copain à lui dans un autre établissement sans sanitaire dans la chambre. Aucune des prestations n'étaient identique à ce qu'on avait loué.... bref expérience désagréable avec cette personne, passez votre chemin sur cet établissement
