I am a Hotel Manager in 5 hotels but this is the firts time i see a propertie so clean and in such a perfect location. The owner Mariela is the nicest perdon you ca meet. Nice and clean rooms,cofffee facilities and arranment for capuccino and croisante and very gentle staff. I reccomend it for SURE

Just spent 9 days here - great location, friendly hosts, rooms cleaned daily, great amenities and unbeatable cost - definitely going back. Nearby two excellent supermarkets and right next to Vatican museum. Local public transport available to take you anywhere you need to go.

Bed and breakfast molto carino, centralissimo molto vicino ai vaticani è vicino a moltoi ristorantini. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore, le camere sono piccine ma accoglienti e confortevoli, la convezione col bar per la colazione è ottima.. nulla da dire.

Perfetto per la famiglia! Noi viaggiamo in 4 con due bambini e spesso abbiamo difficoltà a trovare camere quadruple che ci permettano di dormire tutti insieme! La struttura è pulitissima e in pieno centro a 10 metri c’è una via principale con tutti i negozi e ristoranti e la zona è molto bella. Di sicuro il nostro punto di appoggio a roma!

Ottima esperienza in camera doppia, pulita e ben accessoriata. Punto di forza della struttura è la vicinanza a tanti luoghi di interesse come i musei vaticani, la Basilica di San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo e alla zona commerciale di via Ottaviano e Cola di Rienzo. Massima la cordialità e la disponibilità offerta dalla gestione della struttura.

4 giorni con la famiglia, 2 adulti e ragazzi di 17 anni. Stabile fatiscente e sporco, sia il vano scala che l’ascensore, stanza piccola, bagno con doccia piccolissima. La proprietaria gentile. Pulizia accettabile. Colazione al bar discreta. Ottima la posizione.
