Aangezien we vorig jaar in augustus niet konden gaan i.v.m. het coronavirus hebben we een afspraak gemaakt (ook bewijs van) dat we dit jaar alsnog konden komen. Nu probeer ik al geruime tijd contact te zoeken en krijg geen reactie meer.

Abbiamo prenotato una camera per la notte tra il 26 ed il 27 giugno. Fino al 25 tutto bene, abbiamo ricevuto una mail il pomeriggio che ci chiedeva di contattarli per conferma prenotazione ( non per comunicazione urgente come ci hanno detto poi telefonicamente il giorno dopo ). La mattina della partenza per Roma chiamiamo ben due volte ma nessuna risposta, inviamo whatsapp come scritto su email ma nessuna risposta. Alle 13, quando gia eravamo sul treno riusciamo a rintracciarli e ci dicono che la camera non era piu disponibile! Ci dicono che c'è un altra lora struttura (decentrata) oppure senza problemi cancellano la prenotazione, il problema invece c'è! Poco professionale lasciare senza camera dei clienti che hanno prenotato due settimane prima senza porti il minimo problema! NB. Sebbene ci hanno riferito di non avere il numero corretto, invece di inviarci le email per confermare il check-in, potevano direttamente scriverci che c'era un problema con la camera.
