20 minutes to wait for the nice and kind gentleman but always 20 minutes for a check in because they manage other facilities. Unfortunately the hot water does not come in the morning, room not soundproofed with a very noisy entrance door, room door with drafts, then breakfast in another facility...

They never answered our emails to see if we could leave our bags somewhere, or our calls. The room was OK, but the service was non-existent.

Хороший вариант для нескольких дней в Риме-расположение в районе Прати,спокойном и респектабельном, метро Лепанто рядом, Ватикан, замок Св ангела, Трастевере. Остановка автобуса до Фьюмичино- буквально за углом. До приезда отель запросил время прибытия- приехала раньше, пришлось подождать 10 минут работника отеля. В номере чисто, кровать удобная, чистая нормальная сантехника. Для своей цены- все хорошо.

My room door could not lock from the outside, only the inside. This meant it was possible for others to access my room while I was out, should they wish to. Luckily nothing was stolen, but I felt very uneasy the entire time. I noticed staff immediately once I noticed the issue, and they were aware and this appears to be the case for all rooms. There is a code that guests use to access the building, so there is some security, and there are CCTV cameras around. But it’s also possible for other guests to enter your room while you’re out. If I had known this, I would not have booked.

The staff at check in was nice but we didn't see them again. This place does not have a front desk so they meet you at the door which is inside a building that was very hard to figure out. The building is not well labeled so we had to call to find out how to enter and if we were even in the right place. There is a great lack of amenities and the shower is the size of a coffin. Likely won't stay here again.

Great location Amazing location. Easy to get to every where. Room was small but adequate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Can’t fault them. Only down side. Only one socket in the room if you want to charge your phone you need to switch off the fridge
