Amazing! the room, the service, the location. The best suite we could find, the treatment and the service of the manager was amazing. He’s very kind and available for everything any hour! We enjoyed our stay a there’s no doubt we come back for this suite only!

Great hospitality, clean room, perfect location is the crucial features of the place. Manolo is always very helpful, there for you, whenever you need it. Worth staying in Barcaccia. That’s for sure :) We are going to visit this place in the future.

At the heart of Rome and within walking distance of all the must see attractions, this location offers de luxe experience. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The suite was beautiful, extra points for the big bathroom, and its setup. Very clean, coffee, tea and small treats at our discretion, towels changed every two days. Really a five star hotel experience offered by our host, Manolo, who was always making sure we are ok and have everything we need. If you are lucky and it is available book it.

The accommodation is very close to the subway. The room is very comfortable. The manager Manolo is very enthusiastic and provides us with a lot of travel information about Rome. We have a great travel experience

Booked for 3 nights for a trip with my wife and 7 year old son. Room was great and a perfect setup with a nice double room and separate area with a single bed. All modern and stylish with a small amenity area for coffee and keeping small items in a fridge. The location was perfect, next to the Spanish steps and in the epicentre to walk to all the attractions and had a lot of high quality restaurants on the doorstep. Host was very helpful and on call to answer and help with anything.

Great room, location, management. Beautiful suite located steps away from the Spanish steps. Shopping, restaurants, grocery, metro and pharmacy all within walking distance. Very safe area. The manager is always available to help with any questions you have about the room and also offers recommendations for dining and activities. The suite is very clean, comfortable, roomy and modern. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in September. This beautiful modern suite was a perfect location for our first time in Rome. In the Spanish Steps area, we had everything near by that we needed. Great restaurants, designer and boutique shopping, grocery, pharmacy etc., all right outside our door. The manager Manolo went above and beyond for us when my husband had a medical issue. He made sure we had everything we needed and stayed in constant communication with us to make sure we were ok. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel for a great Rome experience.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location. Got to Rome early and they facilitated an early check in. Helped with every query. Extremely comfortable modern room with more comforts than you’d find in a 5 star hotel. Could not recommend enough. I’d stay there again without hesitation.
