My second stay at UVisionary, the first time was in January.
I did have a problem with this fridge which wasn't cooling and the tv remote not working but it was fixed very quickly. There we no wine glasses in my room.
Everyone was lovely and I will stay again, the location is the best.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of Rome. It is very convenient to walk to the attractions in Rome. It is next to the largest shopping mall in Rome. It's safe all around. The hotel service is very attentive, proactive and quite satisfactory. The room is not too big, but it is sufficient. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The bathroom is large and the water is flush. The hotel is designed in a modern style, especially the lighting, which is all point-type. The room is black in color and relatively dark. Young people may prefer it, but I am not used to it at my age. The air conditioner in the room is loud. The hotel restaurant has a very good environment, the breakfast is particularly good, and the desserts are great.

Clean, modern, quiet and comfortable is how I would describe the hotel. We enjoyed coming back after a long day exploring Rome. We stayed for 6 nights and had not a single complaint, which speaks to the consistency of the staff, service and attitude, not to mention comfortable beds and a very quiet room. The hotel is situated centrally within the city; we never once needed to take a bus or taxi, but instead walked everywhere; what a pleasure. We will stay here again on our next trip to Rome. Finally, the entire staff of the hotel, to a person, was helpful and cheerful.

Excellent hotel. Close to everything walking. Outstanding service and good breakfast. Pretty nice rooftop. Supermarket, pharmacy and lots of restaurants close by, even a great department store near. We felt very safe in the area. Closest attraction is Fontana di Trevi. Would stay again for sure. Also has a restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Comfortable large beds, very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located. Nice breakfast with lots of choices and good quality.
Not spacious and only one chair - in was is supposed to be an open SUITE!!. Dark room and bath. Room facing a main road. Loud at night.

The staff at U-Visionary always make you feel right at home. This is my second time staying with them and they went as far as giving me the same room as last time since I had mentioned loving it. Amazing property and even better location; perfect for a first timer in Rome! Great restaurants and stores nearby as well. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else :)
