Очень приятный гостевой дом на три комнаты. Есть общая кухня с холодильником и микроволновкой. В номере батарея и второе одеяло, есть фен и капсульная кофемашина. До метро минут 5, район спокойный. Из минусов: оч слабый напор горячей воды и скромный завтрак: кофе и круассан. Первый этаж.

Natascia est très à l’écoute et prête à aider. Le logement est très propre, chambres privées très pratique. Beaucoup de rangement avec cuisine à disposition. De petits goodies à notre arrivée qui font toujours plaisir après une journée de voyage. Le petit-déjeuner se trouve dans son café juste à côté, parfait pour avoir de bons plans. Grazie mille !

Pulizia e gentilezza del proprietario contraddistinguono questo alloggio fantastico nel cuore di Roma. A due passi dalla fermata metro A Barberini, quindi comodissimo per raggiungere tutti i punti più belli della città. Lo scorcio su via dei giardini inoltre è una piacevole sorpresa.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento a metà marzo, per il fine settimana, e lo abbiamo trovato semplicemente incantevole. Pulizia estrema, ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente il centro di Roma, ma soprattutto tanta cortesia e simpatia del proprietario Alessandro che non solo ci ha accolti come fosse un amico di vecchia data ma ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su come spendere il nostro week end nella città eterna. Consigliatissimo!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel weekend del 1° di novembre. Ottima accoglienza da parete del personale e soprattutto dalla disponibilità del proprietario Alessandro Neri, un grazie anche a Tommaso. Camere spaziose e ben arredate e soprattutto ben pulite con bagni ampi. Ottima colazione al bar a fianco e la proprietaria gentilissima e molto carina. Grazie per la vostra amicizia. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura nel fine settimana appena trascorso e siamo stati benissimo. Sistemazione stupenda! Confortevole, tranquilla, a un passo dalla metro e da tutti i servizi. Alessandro è un ospite attento, disponibile e scrupoloso. Natascia, la sua collaboratrice, ci ha accolto con gentilezza, dandoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie sia in merito all'alloggio che al nostro soggiorno in città. Grazie di cuore!

La struttura è nuova e ben fornita, situata in una zona tranquilla. La camera molto pulita e con un bagno ampio. Doccia super! Il proprietario Alessandro e la sua collaboratrice sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!
