Terrazze Navona

Great location just a short walk from Vatican City. The streets nearby are full of shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy local food and atmosphere. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. Perfect spot for exploring Rome!

Our room was clean and comfortable with a small balcony right in the heart of the old city. My only comment is that I thought this was a hotel, not a style of Airbnb. So if you are completely independent this is a great choice, if you are looking for a front desk that can provide services, maybe not for you.

Beautiful terrace and Great access, famouse dining I discovered this place through a YouTube channel and instantly fell in love with the terrace.The building and furniture have an antique feel, but the room is extremely well-maintained and cleaner than I expected. As someone who’s very particular about cleanliness (almost obsessively), I can confidently say this place meets a high standard. I even brought insect spray and bed bug repellent just in case, which helped prevent ants from the terrace, though the place itself was impressively spotless. Communication with the owner was smooth and reliable, always responding within 30 minutes. so I've experienced very warm, almost like staying at a kind relative’s family home. One touching moment was when I couldn’t pay the city tax in cash, and the owner came earlier than scheduled just so I could pay by card. That kind of kindness stayed with me. Just a tip: towels aren’t provided daily and there’s a small charge for extras, so you might want to bring your own.

You get what you pay for and it is Navona! The in room coffee make was unable to be moved from the shelf in our room, as well as the couple next to us. So, don’t count on the coffee. The hotel said someone would check in to empty trash between 11-2, but no one did this. The room is clean, and bed comfortable, so if you count on a shower and sleep, it’s fine. Do not pay for the patio as you are not able to open the door and walk out there. It’s really for aesthetics. We would come back but it is no more than a 7.5-8.0 on the scale.
