Breakfast is great, offering a great variety of choice, including pastries, fresh Italian cheese, hams, eggs, cakes, fruits. Staff are friendly and could communicate well in English. Hotel is within 5 minute walking distance from Roma Termini station, providing excellent convenience for travellers. Room is well sanitized and bathroom is huge. I can even smell the bleach in the toilet.

very good location, 5 mins walk to termini. And is in a safe location near the station. Very good breakfast with friendly service. Love this hotel

Not bad, breakfast is a la carte, the variety is enough! The coffee is also good, and you can drink it for free. It's just that the sound insulation is a bit average, after all, it's an old house! But the price/performance ratio is okay!

My family had a comfortable stay.
There were 3 adults and it was an unusual structure with two rooms connected to each other.
Breakfast was made to order, and the drinks and coffee were delicious.
It was also nice that it was close to Termir Station.

The front desk is very welcoming.
Unfortunately, I live on the first floor. It's a little noisy in the early morning. Everything else is fine.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a 5 minute walk from Rome’s Termini train station and the Metro. Breakfast is included in the rate. Great for a few nights, walkable to Trevi Fountain and shopping/restaurants.

Probably the best customer service we've ever had at a hotel.
From the front desk staff ( in particular the short brunette) to the kitchen staff ( all work so hard )
To the manager who came and greated us at breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Although the bedding was clean the room and bathroom was very run down. The room is overpriced and disappointing.Hotel reception were nice. The area around the train station is horrible, dirty and doesn't feel safe, with beggars and hawkers
