Not a pleasant experience. Location is not good.

Since it was a self-check-in system, I couldn't get in without knowing the entrance code and how to enter the room beforehand, but I couldn't communicate via email. I called on the day, but since I couldn't communicate in English, I contacted them via WhatsApp. They gave me instructions on how to self-check in with pictures, and I was able to enter successfully. The owner was very kind!!! The hairdryer's airflow gradually weakened with use, but it was still usable. There were no amenities like slippers or toothpaste, but there were two bottles of water in the refrigerator!

Nice room, very kind and helpful host. Lots of attractions and the metro are within walking distance.

This accommodation is located near Roma Termini Station, making it ideal for transit travelers. It's also ideal for exploring Rome, as the metro entrance directly leads to important attractions in Rome. The room was spacious and clean, with two bottles of drinking water provided. The owner was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was great value for money.

The staff member was so kind and explained everything in detail, which was great! I'll definitely come again. I recommend this place to Koreans!! It's clean.

Aside from the scary ceiling mural, there weren't really any downsides.

We really liked the hotel. The man at reception (I think he's the owner) was incredibly helpful: he answered calls quickly and explained everything thoroughly upon check-in. He even had a translator available for those who don't speak a foreign language. The hotel itself was very atmospheric. My mother especially liked the elevator. Our room was quite spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Most importantly, the hotel has a great location: nearby attractions, boutiques, and restaurants. This hotel gave us a wonderful experience in Rome 😍❤️.

It feels like it is near Chinatown in China, because there are many Chinese supermarkets and Chinese restaurants around. It is not bad. I ate delicious Chinese food. It’s a pity that there was no gelato. The name is also called Victoria Hotel. I couldn’t find it at first. It is very friendly to Chinese people.

Very good experience. Although the room is small, the ceiling height is more than 3 meters, so it is not depressing. It is convenient to go to scenic spots and is a 12-minute walk from the station.
