4. in our room in the bathroom there were tiles broken in places, the refrigerator did not freeze
5. audibility is perfect, but here, perhaps, I not only smell unpleasant odors, but also hear all the sounds around me.
From "pros"
1. location and again location. This is a huge plus for the hotel, especially if you don't like steps like my teenager. The life of Rome and its historical center and you are inside it. Unforgettably!
2. the hotel staff is loyal, attentive, deserves special thanks, because any request was listened to and fulfilled (mini kettle for coffee in the room, open a bottle of wine, call a taxi)

6. Wi-Fi works well if you are not going to watch TV shows during the hours the hotel guests return to their rooms. Slightly slowed down, but for me this is a positive thing, enough TV shows in the daytime for a teenager who flew to ROME!
