Hotel staff members are in general helpful. Hot water may not be enough for shower at night after midnight.

Just around the corner from the train station. True to standard. Friendly staff.Breakfast is typical for a bed and breakfast. There was nothing national, maybe next time.

The location is the only positive point for this hotel. Not only because of it’s close proximity to the Termini, but also it’s located in the main street, it looks a bit safer than turning into the corner.
The room is very shabby. The walls are dirty and the mattress looks so worn. The walls are so thin that the noise next doors can be heard very clearly. Some amenities are broken though they can still functioning. There is no non-smoking floor and it’s dangerous in an old building.
The receptionists are polite and most of the time, helpful, but you don’t feel much hospitality. The staff serving in the “restaurant” are very rude.
The woman cleaner is very helpful and friendly.
The lift, it’s quite scary to use it; it looks old and I can’t help thinking when was the last time it had had maintenance.
In general, if location is first priority, the hotel is acceptable for a few days of staying.

Good location, rooms are a bit old but everything necessary is there. The only negative is that the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors if they're a bit louder.

The hotel is ideally located just outside Termini Station. The staff was friendly, and the room was small but comfortable, with a very small bathroom—perfect for one person. Everything was spotless and well-maintained

Location was super nice. I would like to appreciate to the hotel reception (she helped me a lot) who is bring my cellphone to the airport and thank you again and again for your helpful and kind heart.
I would like to advice to the hotel breekfast’s choice was lack.
