Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff.

The room smells like urine and the carpets and fixtures are old.

The room we stayed in was a deluxe room. The room size was 410, which was a little small, but everything else was satisfactory. We will stay here again next time, and hope that we will be upgraded to a more spacious room. In addition, the water in the room on the second day was only in small bottles, so we still hope to get large bottles of water. Everything else was satisfactory.

The service was very good, the attention was excellent and the breakfast was of very good quality.

The room facilities and hygiene are OK, the style is more Italian, and it does look historical. Unfortunately, the hotel staff initially gave me a room that did not match the booked room type, but after checking and reporting, they gave me another room. Overall, it's not bad, the location is good, the security is good, and the breakfast is OK. Just for your reference.

很遺憾，給我們分的房子非常小，跟圖片上面完全不一樣，除了服務之外其他的真不行，房間裏有一種淡淡的消毒水的味道，窗簾還拉不上，這個錢花的很不值得，很失望。
