The room was clean and tidy, especially the bright and refreshing bathroom with plenty of water in the shower. The receptionists were all very polite, especially one gentleman with a small braid who was enthusiastic and professional, proactively providing details about traveling in Rome and answering all our questions, making us feel very comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient; all attractions except the Vatican are within walking distance, including Termini train station. The area around the hotel is safe, although the streets were a bit dirty, which may be a common issue across Rome.

It was a very clean, spacious and nice hotel. The receptionist was kind and friendly. It was a bit of a walk to the subway station, so it took about the same amount of time to walk to the Colosseum as it did to take the subway, so I walked. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again.
