I had to ask for kettle coffee and tea. All these basic items NOT provided in the level 3 room that I stayed. On 6 May 2023, my room was not tidy up. The male receptionist simply said this "your room is not made up but it is common that people make mistake right?" He was so defensive!!!

Good. But the scent in the room was too strong. Location wasn’t the best but close enough to a metro station. I’d recommend if you’re visiting the area.

I stayed in two days, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff is nice and friendly, the breakfast is not varied and does not contain main dishes, the view is beautiful and the balcony is beautiful

Good location. Cornelia metro station is within walking distance (about 400m). There is a grocery store in the next building.
Checking in took no more than 5 minutes, although, as usual, in Italy they do not accept ID cards from other EU countries without a passport.
Double room, quite comfortable. There is a minibar (water, snacks), a sufficient number of sockets for gadgets, a TV with many channels (mainly news and Italian). The lack of a kettle was disappointing. According to Italian tradition - bath and bidet. There is no ventilation in the room. After taking a shower/bath, you must ventilate the room well (open the window in the bathroom). Air conditioning with dehumidification mode. In December it is a little cool at night (there is also a heating mode, probably the temperature was not set high enough).
Ideal daily cleaning (change of bed linen, towels, replacement of hygiene items).
Bar (from 17:00-22:00) with coffee, alcoholic drinks and a convenient post-payment system. Cozy veranda outside.
