Great Location.. Very helpful & friendly hotel staff

The room was very nice and made of good quality wood. There were some issues with the shower design where the step is raised so the water flows down onto the floor. We had to shower very carefully. Maybe this is being fixed in their current renovation

The bath room a bit small. No glasses for toilet. Everything very good.

The Hotel is too bad, very old, not clean and very expensive to compare with the services. Not recommended at all.

Well located and clean

It's a 10-15 minute walk from Rome's Termini Station. It didn't feel far even when I was dragging my suitcase. It's a safe area. There was a supermarket next door, which was convenient, and a bar. The bar had a wide selection of wines and was a great place to eat. It seemed to be frequented by locals. The room was spacious, and the bathroom (shower room) was larger and cleaner than I expected. I didn't need to change the bath towels every day, so I didn't ask, but they took the trash away every day. There were coffee and tea facilities, and a minibar (charged), so it was comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've had during my stay in Italy. There was a wide variety of vegetables and other dishes, the croissants were delicious, and the orange juice was made from fresh oranges. In addition to the coffee they had, they made espresso and cappuccino to order. There was also free coffee and croissants at the bottom of the stairs at the reception, so I could enjoy them whenever I wanted. This is a highly recommended hotel.

The uncle at the front desk has a bad attitude and the service level needs to be improved. The overall hygiene of the hotel is average and shabby. It is about the same level as the 200/300 yuan hotels in China. Going out at night, it is close to the train station, and there are some strange young people hanging around, so the sense of security is poor

The room is neat and clean, and the location is convenient. It's 15 minutes across the road from the train station. It's easy to go to various attractions. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Douzengchang. You can also choose to take the subway or bus.
